The Final Stand

I haven't updated in years, guys!(SARCASM!!!) So, yeah! Gonna update because I finally found my drafts! WOOHOO!

(Crystal's POV)

I kicked a rock as I slowly walked across the dirt. I thought about the times with Max, and then I had a flashback of Max dying.

I couldn't believe this was happening to me.

The Time Master planned to kill Max on purpose.

Ady is a psychopath.

'I hate Ady', was the thought that went through my mind multiple times.

I let the rain poor down as my hair clung to my face like a magnet. I looked down and saw the burnt crisps of the fake mask. It only made me want to cry even more.

I finally looked up and I saw a shadow.

It looked exactly like...

"Max?", I whispered to the shadow. The figure walked closer to me. There he was, the blond hair and blue eyes that I had missed. "Hi.", Max said silently. "You're alive!", I cheered. "But, how?". "When the bomb was about to explode, I jumped into a tree.". "Don't ever scare me like that ever again!", I shouted. "We all thought you were dead!". "Sorry!", Max said.

I smiled. "Well, I..". "I missed you too.", Max interrupted. "I was trying to find you! I looked everywhere.". 

"Jay was right!", I laughed. "He refused to believe you were gone!". "The mask is gone!", Max cheered. "That's all that matters, right?". 

I looked down at my feet.

"No, it's not.", I sighed. "That wasn't the real mask. It was another set-up. She has the real mask, and right now, she was trying to gain power over Ninjago!". It was dead silent for about 5 seconds, and the only thing you can hear was the heavy rain falling against the ground. 

"Well, they need our help.", Max cheered. "Let's go help our friends.", I smiled at Max. "You're right!", I agreed. "Let's go!".

We headed into town, and we saw Ady, standing on a tower. "Where are Gem and her bots?", Max asked me. I shrugged. "Gem and the Nindroid Twins came with us.", I said. "What?", Max asked. "I'll explain later!", I said quickly. "Hurry!".

"I am the Time Master!", Ady shouted. "My power is back!". "Where were you?", Kai yelled. "Well, I found someone?", I said, stepping to the side. Max appeared from behind me.

"Max!", Nya cheered. "You're alive!". "Ha-ha!", Jay gloated. "I knew he wasn't dead! I was right! AAH-HA-HAA!".

"Jay!", Cole groaned. "We get it! You were right! You don't need to rub it in our faces!". Jay shot a wide grin.

"That doesn't matter right now!", Lloyd shouted. "What matters is that we stop the Time Master!". "We have to get that mask off of her!", I shouted. "But, it could be another set-up.", Jay said. "Besides, we don't need Max to almost get killed again.".

"Yeah, I know.", I said. "But, the mask has all of the power, so we need to get rid of it. We..". I gulped silently. "We may even need to....blow up the HQ, just to.....be on the safe side.".

"Aye!", Max shouted. "We get to blow up stuff!".

"But, that's very dangerous!", Nya said. "The plan could backfire, and we could all-".

"It may be dangerous.", Kai explained. "But, Crystal Lynn has a point. If we want to stop her, we have to play rough. That could be our revenge!".

"They try to blow up our friend?", Jay said. "We try to blow up their headquarters!". "Yes!", Cole agreed.
