The Nindroid Twins

Later that night, it was storming again, this time even worse than yesterday. Lightning struck, wind blew, and it poured down rain outside, like a flash flood. It was so slippery you could fall just by taking 1 step. Zane had already gotten things prepared because he sensed that the storm would be this bad. It was getting late, and I was trying to sleep, but the thunder was keeping me awake.

The only time Max isn't awake to drain out the thunder.

We were all trying to figure out why these storms happened every night, so we stayed up late most of the time to figure it out.

We decided to take a break and get some sleep.

I put my pillow over my ears, but I could still hear the thunder. Suddenly, I heard a crash outside, which made me spring out of bed. I looked outside to see two shadows running around.

I really didn't want to go outside in the rain, but I had to know what they were to make sure they weren't trying to take the Bounty or anything like that. I put on my ninja suit and sneaked outside.

(Zane's POV)

I had heard the loud crashes outside the Bounty. I glanced outside to see nothing was there. I saw nothing, but I sensed trouble was coming our way. I awoke the other ninja.

"Zane, what are you doing?", Jay whined, rubbing his eyes. "It's so late!". "We have trouble coming.", I said to Jay. "We must wake up the other ninja before it is too late.". Jay nodded his head as I walked out and then he changed into his ninja suit. I woke Kai up, who was complaining that he was too tired to do any mission and he didn't want to go outside in the rain when his hair already looked like a mess.

"I understand your...whatever, but we need to go check it out.", I said. Kai groaned and let out a long "FINE!".

After I had waken everyone else up, I told everyone about the bumping noise outside. "Yeah, I heard it too.", Lloyd said. "I thought it was just thunder.". "Where's Crystal?", Max asked, looking around. "I must've forgotten to wake her.". "I'll do it!!", Cole quickly volunteered, which got everyone looking at Cole with strange glares. "What?", Cole said, shrugging his shoulders as if he had no idea what was going on. "You volunteered so quickly, Cole.", I reminded him.

"Yeah, COLE!!", Jay teased. "Aw, hush up!", Cole said, then he turned away and ran upstairs as fast as he could.

(Cole's POV)

I ran upstairs as fast as I could, not even knowing why I was running so fast. I opened the door to Crystal's room. "Crystal?", I called. "You in there?". There was no response.

Strange.

I walked over to the bed, but she wasn't there either. I could feel the fear and the adrenaline pumping through my veins. "Where is she?", I continued to say to myself over and over. I could not find her. Where could she had gone?

"CRYSTAL LYNN FERNANDEZ, WHERE ARE YOU?!", I called. There was no response. I ran downstairs, then I tripped and fell on my face.

"Hey, stop screaming so loud, will ya?", Kai said. "Yeah, and I'm okay, thank you for asking!", I shouted. "Crystal's gone. She's not in her bed, upstairs, or in her room.". "What do you mean she's not there?", Nya asked, looking panicked. "We all saw her walk into her room.". "Well, she's ain't there!", I said. "I think I have an idea on where she went..", Lloyd said, looking outside.

"Crystal must have heard the noise too.", Zane explained. "Then she went outside to check it out. I sense this could be trouble for all of us.". "Well, we gotta go help her!", I said, sounding panicked. We all ran outside to go find Crystal.

(Crystal's POV)

I looked around to find the shadows again, but I could not find them. Then, I heard 2 people whispering about something. That's when I found the shadows, only this time, it was 1 instead of 2. I took out my sword and slowly walked over to them. "WHO ARE YOU?!?!?", I shouted. The shadow turned around.

It was a girl with shoulder length blue hair, and she was wearing a black leather jacket and combat boots. I continued to point my sword at her. She stared at me, standing in the same position, then her eyes lit up blue and started scanning me.

"You're...a Nindroid?", I asked. "Master.", says the girl. "It's one of the ninja, should we wait, or should we get physical.". Then I heard a bunch of gibberish sounds, then she continued:

"Yes, I am sure, I did a quick scan.", Gibberish. "No, it's not the green ninja.", Gibberish. "Yes, she pretty short. No match for us.".

Excuse me!?!?

And..us?

"My name is Katniss. I am a Nindroid, very intelligent, and a warrior. Master commands you to give up immediately.", said the Nindroid. "Or else, I am forced to-". She immediately stopped herself as I stared in confusion, then she said:

"Buffering...buffering....buffering....buffering....buffering...buffering.".

You're kidding me, right?

Just like my Windows XP.

"Initiating twin call.", said Katniss, and then there was an shrilling beeping sound that hurt my ears, then another Nindroid, with the same clothes and hairstyle, but the hair was hot pink. "I am Kate. I am a Nindroid, very intelligent, and a warrior.". said the other Nindroid.

Nope, I can't handle this.

"WHO ARE YOU!", I shouted a second time. The Nindroids turned around simultaneously and walked away. I took a peek closer to see 2 clocks, one on each back of the jacket. I turned around and ran as fast as I could to the Bounty. I flung the door open and ran in. "Crystal, where were you?", Cole asked, looking worried. "Deh....Nindroids....Twins....Teh--", I passed out of stress before I could say anything else.
