By the time Calum had gotten back with the movies, I had looked through each of my bags and found my sketch book.  I grabbed a few pencils and set them down beside me.  The sketch book had dozens of pages filled with random sketches and doodles of people, landscapes, and objects I found.  I opened a blank page and tapped the end of the pencil on my knee.  He walked over and laid down beside me.

"You writing something?" he asked looking over his shoulder to look into my book.  I shut the book and moved it away from his line of sight.

"Just drawing," I said.  Calum nodded his head slowly and reached for my book.  I grabbed his arm and pushed him away.  "No, no," I said, pushing him away.

"Come on, let me see.  I want to see!" he whined.  I giggled at Calum's immaturity.

"Fine," I sighed.  Calum smiled and sat back down.

        "Really?" he asked.  I frowned.

"Nope," I said and put it under the beanbag chair.  He sighed and gave up.

"Okay.  Pick a movie," he said and showed me his movie collection.  I looked through his selection and chose The Avengers.  Calum popped in the movie and grabbed a few pillows from his bed, using them as cushions.  "Let's get started!" he said.  A few minutes into the movie, the boys came into the room with take out bags from Nandos.

"WE BROUGHT FOOD!!!!" Ashton yelled, waving the paper bags in the air.  I smiled and took a bag from Luke.

"We knew that you didn't really want to eat but we just got you some sides in case," Luke said.  I looked in the bag and took out a small salad and some fries.

"Thanks guys," I said and set it aside.  "Aww The Avengers!" Michael said happily.

"Yeah, we just started it," Calum said, already starting his lunch.  We all spread out on the floor of Calum's room and started the movie.  Halfway through the movie, I started to drone out the movie and found myself stealing glances at Calum.  I grabbed my sketchbook, rolled into the beanbag, and started to draw.  Drumming the pencil over the paper, I shaded and traced across the pad.  By the time I was done, the movie was almost over.  Calum had been looking at me.

"What?" he whispered.  I shushed him.

"Pay attention to the movie," I whispered back.  He sighed and turned back to the screen.  He shifted his eyes to me slowly, thinking I wouldn't notice.  I gave him a look, putting my fingers to my eyes and then the screen.  He averted his eyes back to the movie.

"When can I see it?" he asked.  I smiled.

"When I'm done," I whispered back.  When the movie was over, the boys started to move around.

"Let's go down to the basement.  There was a song I wanted to play," Luke said.  The boys started to clean up their lunch.

"You coming guys?" Michael asked as Luke and Ashton made their way down the stairs.

"Yeah, we'll be down in a sec," I told him.  He nodded and walked out.  Calum turned to me.

"Now can I see it?" he pleaded.  I groaned.

"Okay fine," I said, giving in and opened the book.  "It's not even close to being done so it looks kind of bad," I said, giving him the book.  Calum took it and his mouth dropped.  The sketch was Calum's profile.  His dark black hair covering his eyes, his brows and jaw set in concentration, his lips pursed in thought, and his large hand rolled into a fist, supporting his head on the floor.

"This is amazing!" he breathed.  I scoffed.

"No it's not.  Look at your hair.  And your nose?  What even is that?" I pointed out.  He chuckled and looked down at me.

"It's really good," he repeated.  He handed me the book and I smiled.

"Thanks," I replied.  "Now, time to show off your amazing talents," I smiled.  He got up and helped me up.

"Are you sure you want to walk around?" he asked skeptically.  I waved my hand.

"I'm not going to move around too much," I assured him.  He nodded and we both went down to the basement.  By the time we got to the basement, the boys were already set up with their recording equipment.  Calum walked over to the boys and I took a seat in front of them, beside the equipment.

"Hey Y/N, can you work the camera?" Ashton asked, sitting behind his drum kit.  I nodded.

"Sure Ashton.  What are you doing?" I asked them.

"We're recording a video to YouTube today," Michael replied.  "It's the key to our mass popularity," he joked.  I giggled.

"Okay, just tell me when you're ready," I said and took position behind the camera.  Michael and Calum were on either side of Luke, Michael on guitar, and Calum on bass. Luke had a guitar as well and Ashton was behind him on drums.  Luke gave me a thumbs up.   I gave them a thumbs up and a countdown.

        "3, 2, 1..." I said and queued the recording.

"Hi we're 5 Seconds of Summer!" they said together.  I smiled at the cheesiness.

"Here is our live version of Heartbreak Girl," Luke said.  The boys looked at each other and I waited for it to start.  The song started with rock guitar music and a fast drum beat.  Calum stepped up to the microphone and started to sing.  My head swayed to the beat and Calum's voice.

"Wow," I mouthed to him.  He looked at me and smiled.  The boys get into the song, the concentrated looks on their faces and the sweat shining on their skin.  I find myself rock out to the music, jumping along to the beat and raising my hands in the air.  Luke's voice carried through the music.  Ashton pumped his hand into the air and bobbed his head to the music.  Michael and Calum were shredding on their guitars, jumping around with Luke.  Michael ends the song with the last chords on his guitar.

"Okay, thanks guys!" Luke said with a smile.

"We love you!" Calum said, running to the camera.

"Bye guys!" Michael said, waving to the camera.

"GOODBYE!" Ashton yelled standing on his little stool and throwing his drumsticks into the air.  I clicked the pause button on the camera and applauded them.

"That was sick," I smiled.  The boys bowed.

"Thank you very much," Ashton said.

"You have to teach me how to play," I asked them.  They smiled.

"Yeah I think guitar would suit you," Luke said, smiling.  Michael rested his elbow on Luke's shoulder.

"Definitely," he agreed.  Calum walked up, bass in hand.

"Whoa, bass is way better," he defended.  Ashton came up behind Luke and Calum.

"NOOO!  She's obviously a drummer babe," he said over them.  I laughed and smiled.

"I'll learn all of them okay?" I mediated.  They all looked at each other, signaling a secret challenge.

"Okay Y/N," Calum said.  "We'll show you who the best is."

I groaned.  "That's not what I meant," and shook my head.
