“Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth.”
Timothy 2:15
*************************
You work because you ought to BUT you have the obligation to respect yourself too. Your boss bullies you, humiliates and insults you in front of others. You are afraid to quit the job because it pays you well. There are no day offs and reprieve because you are forced to work overtime and under pressure. You are too scared to leave the company because you spent half of your life at your job and you got used to those personal attacks of your abusive boss.
If you are in such situation, you must head out of the doorway. Quit your job because if you choose to stay you will be spending the rest of your life in nightmares. Your health and morale will be greatly affected. You will feel terribly humiliated about yourself and your entire life will be messed up. Gracefully exit, cast away the insults in your heart and prove your worth. You work because you need to survive but don't forget to feel the importance in yourself, never disregard to honor yourself.
If you will not love yourself, how would you expect anyone to do it for you? You make a lifestyle by what you get, but you get a life by being fair to yourself.
