“And, ye masters, do the same things unto them, forbearing threatening: knowing that your Master also is in heaven; neither is there respect of persons with him.”
Ephesians 6:9
*************************
You don't own people , so stop treating them as assets just because you think your standard is much higher than them. There are no difference between people and you. Remember that they too are human beings. Stop giving orders and keep telling someone what to do, though you are not in the position to act so. When you boss someone you are trying to manage somebody's business and promote contradictions and provocations.
When you boss people you live by your own expectations and judge others capability. People are not personal possessions. They are not like computers who will execute your command with a single tap of your finger. Like you, they have lives. Like you, they have longings. Like you, they have highs and lows. And when you become the boss professionally and technically, be as humble as you can be. Be a grateful leader rather than someone who simply makes orders and never ceases to ask for more.
