 Though you are living in a very dynamic and highly adrenaline arousal world, You can live happily if you will teach yourself no to be independent from being stimulated by stress. Stress is very harmful for you, it makes your body find a difficult time to recover from its normal state of rest and recovery. Most of the damaging arousal you experience in your life cannot be acted on because they exist only in your thoughts and imagination. It can be more dangerous than any real life cataclysm. If you feel so worried and anxious, that effect on you will be constantly imagining the worst in your life.

 This will magnify more and more until it is blown out of magnitude until you cannot resist and resolve it anymore. It strikes you mostly at night when you are about to sleep. These things that scare, trouble, press you can be the most damaging that will ever happen to you.You need to control them, and at times accept that you can not do something about it other than  deal with its source. Focus more on enjoying your life. You need to train yourself to  come down from the mountain of stress and enjoy the valley of peace and beauty of life where the real healing and recuperation can take place.

You are always reminded not to let your heart be troubled and don't be afraid because Someone is always watching you.
