“Through insolence comes nothing but strife, But wisdom is with those who receive counsel.”
Proverbs 13:10
*************************
You love arguments - at home, at work, at school, on social media sites, everywhere. You are so sure your wits can outmatch anybody. When you argue there is a tendency to raise your voice that will lead to further disagreement, disrespect and hate. You think you are so intelligent and you underestimate how people poorly express their opinions and beliefs.
You dislike what they are saying because you have already made up your mind, but the truth is you get the wrong end of the stick. You are willing to defend yourself to death; even what you think is bizarre and unsubstantiated. You don't want to eat your pride. Arguments and disagreements are normal things, but there are times you don't need to say everything you think just to avoid bickering even to the point you are sure what you think is brilliant.
It is OK to be different because opinion is just an opinion - you can take it or you can leave it. You can contradict but do not be rude and dishonor people. You might have different beliefs and judgment with other people, but you can still be nice and be friends to them.
