Day 1712

Bobby entered the cottage with Douglas, the two met Doña Esmeralda's wide smile as she laughs hysterically. Doña Esmeralda passed the microphone to Bobby with a soft pat on his back with her hand.

"I gotta warn you, I'm not really much of a singer so block your ears." Bobby reminded them, everybody supported him with a laugh.

Douglas felt different again, her chills ran down her spine in a different way. Her smile turned to frown. Bobby looked at her, he was about to ask her if she's okay until Doña Esmeralda grabbed his arm and asked to sing the first lines.

Take me to your touch.

Show me where to start.

Let me play the part of your first love.

Douglas was on the stage of reminiscence of Julius Olive. On that time he sang it for her where the scenery was supposed to be blurry and old but Douglas could not easily forget that, she could simply not forget Julius.

Got to believe in magic,

Tell me how two people find each other,

In a world that's full of strangers.

Got to believe in magic,

Something stronger than the moon above,

Cause it's magic when to people fall in love.

Bobby turns around to see Douglas when he sang the last part of the song, but she wasn't there anymore. "Douglas," he whispered. Bobby turned to Rita and gave her the microphone as he ran outside to catch up with Douglas.

Bobby called her name twice, Douglas turned her head around him but that did not stop her from running, she ran until she reached on the middle of the beach, standing beside the place where they made a bonfire.

"Douglas are you okay?"

Douglas shrugged her shoulders as she shakes her head, her arms were wrapped tightly together as she rubs her palms through her arms as the direction of breeze of the air was onto her.

The air turned to droplets of rain, then a thunder came along bringing another batch of a harder rain. The two were both soaked by the rain but they just stood there, Bobby only sees a blur of Douglas, he couldn't determine whether she was crying until she knelt on the ground as if she just collapsed - but good heavens no, she was fidgeting, kicking the white sand with her feet. "It still hurts!" She cried.

Bobby immediately unbuttoned his jacket incompletely soaked, he ran towards Douglas and covers her with his jacket. "Let's get out of here Douglas."

Douglas followed Bobby and went back to the cottage where they were both found wet by everyone. Bobby checks on Douglas, her eyes were swallowing through her tears but it wasn't obvious that she was crying because her tears seem to look like drops of water dripping from her soaked hair.

Bobby brushed her soaked hair and traced them into her ears, this time it was Douglas's face that turned red.

"I think we should go home," Bobby told Mrs. Olive in a polite way, Doñya Esmeralda reacted upon hearing what he said.

"Please don't go yet, Julius please don't leave granny," Esmeralda cried. Mrs. Olive tried to calm her down but the old woman tugged her arm away from Mrs. Olive and grabbed Bobby.

"Mama, Bobby will be back tomorrow, the rain is getting heavier. He has to go home."
