Victoria's POV

"Where did your friend go?" Denis asked as he approached me. He shoved his hands in his pockets.

"Grayson? Yeah he's gone" I sighed.

"He left you?" Denis wasn't shocked at all. He looked annoyed.

"Yeah, I guess he had better things to do then get me home safely" I shrugged.

Denis didn't look to happy about that. But what could he do?

"Oh wow. Do you want me to take you home?" Denis ran his hand through his hair.

I looked at him hopefully, "yes please. I'm doomed without you at this point."

Denis quickly told his group of friends he was gonna go then we drove back to our dorms.

We were on our way and It was getting quite.

I was so glad school didn't start in a few month. I don't understand why we needed that much time to settle In our dorms but you know whate-

"Do you like that guy?" Denis asked keeping his eyes on the road.

"What? No way" I blurted. "He's so rude" I explained.

"Then why did you agree to go out with him?" He tried not to look at me.

He had a point. What was wrong with me?

"I don't know, I just sort of felt sorry for him after what he had told me." I responded honestly.

"You know, he doesn't really like you Denis" I pointed out.

"Good" he gave an evil laugh.

I know he was probably trying to look evil or something but, he really didn't at all

"Oh, just Braden, Sandra, Elijah, and Alex. They all live around the world and decided to spend the weekend together. They're leaving tonight."

"Denis, I'm so sorry" the light turned red and Denis put his hands on his head. He looked over at me.
