Victoria's POV

"Oh my gosh! Denis, were roommates!" I was about to jump up and down in joy. Denis let out a little laugh of amazement. "What? No way. This is insane!" he ran both hands through his hair at once with a mix of excitement and shock all over his face.

"We have to go clear this up with the counselors. I dont think I could just switch rooms like that" I told him. He nodded and walked to the stair case with me on his heels. "I didnt think right now. It's really late."

He shrugged, "Lets just hope their still here"

We got to the front desk and saw that someone WAS still here. A lady who was probably in her late 40's was packing her things to call it a night, "Wait! Excuse me miss but we have an issue-"

"If you wish to speak with a counselor you must first file a complaint concerning any issues you may have regarding dorms, roommates, or classes." She told me with a bored tone in her voice.

I turned to Denis in defeat and sighed, "Well, that's that". He looked at me for a moment, then looked at the lady, "What if we were just in the wrong dorm this whole time and would like to transfer to our correct room?" he asked her quickly.

She sighed, "Yes, you can just transfer. ONLY if you know your correct room number" she pointed at him.

I wanted to squeal with joy, but I held it in. We were officially roommates!

Denis' POV

After the amazing news, we had to go back upstairs to retrieve Victoria's bags and go back down, through the lobby, out the front, and into the car. I started driving and Victoria was rummaging through her bags noiselessly. "Im SO happy were roommates! I just cant believe I never noticed that our numbers were EXACTLY the same. How stupid of me" she shook her head at herself.

"I dont know, it seems kinda weird how the 9 was flipped. It almost looked like someone purposely turned it" I was being honest with her. She laughed a little, "Maybe it was an accident or something" she shrugged. I knew she didnt believe that garbage just by her face after she said it.

We made it to the concrete bridge (forgot to mention that the bridge that was under construction was now open and thats how they got over before... sorry) and a few moments later, we made it to my house.

We got off and I took Victoria's bags for her because that's what a good person does. I unlocked the door and opened it before flicking the lights on. Victoria gently grabbed the bags from my hand and said thank you.

"It's late, we should head upstairs" I offered. She looked at me for a moment with a flattered expression. I laughed nervously, "Separate rooms, dont worry" I reassured her.

She smiled evily, "remember when I said I wanted to have fun tonight? Your idea isnt a bad one ya know?"

I walked up to her and lifted her chin. I brushed my lips against her as a tease before going to the guest bedroom. I turned and looked at her, "You could have my room tonight, if anything happens just give me a holler" she crossed her arms with a flushed smile before closing the door behind me.

I turned a lamp on and took off my hoodie. I put on some comfortable cloths and brushed my teeth. When I got to my bed, I felt my phone buzz with messages. I pulled out my phone and saw two new messages.

Victoria: how dare u tease me like that

Victoria: I was being serious ya know

I laughed to myself quietly,

Me: I like teasing you. Your cute when your flustered ;D

Me: And your not serious. Your not ready for that kind of commitment yet. We both know it.

Victoria: Your right, im not ready

Me: Yeah, you gotta think these things through. Promise you will.

Victoria: I promise.

Me: Good night, we have a visitor tomorrow.

Victoria: Oh? Good night.

I turned off my phone and turned off my lamp to let sleep take over me...

                                                           3:00 A.M

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" My eyes fly open to the sound of someone being murdered. I jolt upright and look around wildly.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! AAAAAAAAAAAA!" The female screeching continued until I notice it wasnt even coming from my room.

My body and mind were still half asleep so I had no clue what was going on. My body went rigid as realization dawned on me.

VICTORIA!
