I came into Demi's room after I got off the phone with Phil & stopped just inside. She was watching Aria, as she laid between Demi's thighs on the bed. She was talking to her in a cute little voice.

"You're gonna be the happiest baby in the world. You know why? Because me & your daddy are gonna make sure of it. Your daddy is a pretty special guy. He is my very best friend since I was 14 years old. He's been there for me & he will be there for you for the rest of your life. Oh & he's kinda anal sometimes & a little too serious for his own good, but you'll learn to love him anyway, like I did." Demi smiled down at Aria.

"Ha ha ha. Very funny." I said as I walked to the bed.

Demi grinned up at me as I came to sit beside her. I looked down at Aria & smiled, since her eyes were wide open now. "So what did the guys say?" Demi asked after I kissed her cheek.

"They were excited. I mean they wanted to do it from the beginning but we were hesitant. Well, I was hesitant. I know they were pissed at me, so now they're better." I smiled at her, shrugging my shoulders. "We're going to do a radio interview in a few days to talk about the show. I guess they are gonna make us the headliners."

"Wow, babe. That's amazing."

"Yea, should be cool. We're only gonna have a few days to rehearse though." I sighed.

"You guys have been together so long, that you don't need a lot of time. I hope Aria & I get to go home soon." Demi stuck her lip out.

"Me, too." I smiled down at Aria, who was watching me, her eyes crossed. I had to laugh at it. "She's pretty cute. And I'm not just saying that. I've seen some of the other babies in the nursery. She's by far the cutest."

Demi grinned, proudly at me. "We made that." She said, nodding toward Aria.

I laughed. "We sure did." I leaned to kiss her pucker.

Demi & Aria did come home the next day & I was nervous. My mom was going to stay with us for a few days to help out, so neither of us would be overwhelmed. Also, so Demi wouldn't be alone while I was rehearsing with the guys or doing the interview. Dianna was mending well & would probably be home in another week.

When we got to our house, it was surrounded by paparazzi, trying to catch a glimpse of us as we headed inside. Gotta love L.A. Luckily, my house was surrounded by high walls, so once we drove up the driveway, they couldn't see anything. I think they planned on following the car if it ever left again. My mom was already inside when we came in. She came running over to grab Aria from me, while Max helped Demi in the house. She was on crutches since her leg was in a cast, still.

My mom helped us get settled in & we had a million questions for her, as well. She answered & didn't judge us. Even when I asked if I had to microwave her bottle & my mom about had a fit. I guess you don't microwave a bottle. Who knew?

Our first night at home was rough. Aria cried a lot. Mom helped, but it was still hard to hear her cry. Demi was frustrated because she couldn't move as fast with her broken leg. I was frustrated because I was clueless on how to care for a baby. Thank God my mom was there. She made it a lot easier. She also insisted I get some sleep since I had the interview & rehearsals the next day.

I managed to get a few hours of sleep, then got up to get ready to head out bright & early. I kissed Demi as she woke for a moment. "I'll call you after the interview is over. I hope you don't forget to listen."

She managed a crooked smile & with her eyes closed, she responded. "I won't. Love you." She mumbled before nestling back into her pillow.

"I love you, too, Beautiful." I whispered into her ear. My heart skipped a beat when she let out a sigh, moan combination in response to my words. On my way out, I stopped suddenly, remembering something. I went to the dresser & got out our wedding rings. I went back to the bed & sat. "Baby?" I said in a low voice to Demi. She opened her eyes, slowly, a soft smile on her face. I held up our rings. "Can I put your ring back on you now that we've gone public?"
