"Are we in remission?" Jack asked excitedly as Jonah walked back into heir room. "uh not exactly baby" was his response as he laid back on his bed, letting silent tears fall from his eyes that he didnt realize he had.
"Jonah, baby whats going on?" Jack rushed over to him and sat on him since really there was no room on the bed; Jonah sprawled out like a starfish. "Jack I'm not anywhere near remission" he cried as the younger boy hugged him as tight as he could. "baby whatever it is we're gonna get through it together." He connected Jonah's soft lips to his own, the kiss slow an full of love. "It spread...I-I have stage 2 b-brain cancer, Jack," he said through broken sobs as Jack broke down as well.
"Well guess what?" He let out a sad laugh before continuing as he cupped the older boys face in his hands caressing his cheek, wiping away the salty tears running down it. "Your gonna beat this bitch ok? whatever we gotta do we're gonna do it ok? You hear me, Jonah Marais, you're not giving up because I'm right here and that's what matters" Jack cried as Jonah nodded and hugged him tighter than before.
"Jack, do you remember the day we started dating 6 months ago...What I told you?" The older asked as Jack nodded. "The promise you made me? of course, I remember" Jack giggled.
September 30th, 2017
"Jack" Jonah panted as they just pulled away from a make-out session. "Yes daddy?" he responded as Jonah smirked and blushed. "Save that I have something actually important to say" he laughed at the younger boy.
"Jack Avery I promise you the minute we get out of this damn hospital im gonna give you the craziest life. I know youve been in here forever and your family gave up on you so when we're both better were gonna have the craziest life together and I'm gonna spoil the hell out of you" He placed a kiss on Jacks lips as the younger boy smiled at his older boyfriend.

"That promise may take a bit longer than I had hoped but if I have any say in my life then damn straight it's still happening." He smiled at Jack who smiled like an idiot right back.
"I love you more than anything Joanh"
"Impossible I will always love you more"
