Hazel sat on the bench waiting to see Devon's father. At the same time Alex and Icegirl were plotting. They needed a way for Devon to show himself. They knew they would get him. Icegirl has never met Devon as Alex had soon found out. Alex was wondering how it was that Devon got to this creepy place, but she wish he wasn't in to much trouble.
"Flamer who is Jackie Fren," Icegirl asked.
"I have no clue Icegirl. Not a single clue"
"Makes sense I guess."
"Yeah. Even if she were to show up we couldn't do much. Devon is way to strong. I passed out fighting him."
The two were becoming friends fast. Faster than Alex would have thought. She had never been one to make friends thanks to her abnormality. Every one considered her a freak. A mistake but now she would make sure they will see what she could do. She hadn't realized that her hands had caught fire until she looked at Icegirl. She had fear in her eyes. Fear like she'd seen this before. Scared of Alex before.
Alex never wanted Icegirl to be scared of her. Didn't know why she was in fact. The look on her face said it all though. Alex then started to remember. The two girls in her yard a few years back. The one named Amimal and the other...
"Oh my God," Alex spoke quietly but not quiet enough.
"What?"
"I remember now. When you broke into my house. You left the door open. The wind woke me up. At that time however I didn't know that I was controlling the fire. I just remember the fear in your eyes. It's the exact same. like if it touched you, you will die."
"Your the young girl that we saw. Animal died that night. No one knows what happened to her. I have my theories however."
"I am sorry she died. The cops didn't come bye my house, I never called them. The flames did no damage and you guys didn't take anything."
"Yeah thanks for that. She didn't die to a gun. She died to something else."
After that line Hazel burst into the room. Wide eyed and scared.
"What's wrong," questioned both Alex and Icegirl.
Hazel broke down into tears.
