Alex had listened to Devon with everlasting longing. Now she wanted to test her power more, but not in front of him.
"Hey I'm getting tired, so I am going to go to bed."
"Okay, I let myself out."

With that Alex went to her room and waited. It was almost eleven at night when she heard the door shut. They had repaired it after a while. Why so late I have been lying here for at least an hour, Alex thought. Then she realized something. She got out of bed and stormed down her stairs and went to her computer. She turned it on. A message.

Subject: Symbols
Message: Hey Alex glad to know that you have finally found out the truth about your eyes. I know that this is all a shock. Also I have hid my name for now, but you have met one of us already and met a person with the Symbol of death. I am also aware that you have met Dresden Krillington A.K.A. Mr. Lightning. He wants you. We do not know why just yet, but we are looking into it. Anyways have fun and good luck. We will get Hazel Grendo out to you to help you train and learn your powers.

Alex read the message three times before realizing what the message was telling her. She had known like always she was different but she didn't know that this was how she could learn. With different power users and a message. Hazel although she new was familiar from both the SCFA and the Grendo Family Tree websites. She planned on making the best out of this power and she knew how she was going to do it. She decided to send a message back requesting a phone number.
