As summer marks an end a beautiful autumn starts a blend.
each day you change a frown to a smile like green into amber
the smell of pumpkin spice and cinnamon fill the air as you appear in my mind
the thoughts of laying in the park listening to your beautiful song as it touches hearts of the starts listening to us up above

Some don't like autumn I don't know why
maybe it's because it marks the day when summer has to die
But autumn also sadly has an end, which is coming closer and closer
hopefully we keep in touch
myself and others will miss you oh so very much
autumn is strong, like black coffee
peaceful like the night
Just do well without me
I promise you at the end of your tunnel, there is a light
