"Is she awake?" I heard Jason's voice.

"No. She should be up by now. I'm creeping out now. Should we take her to hospital?" This was Gabe. No no no, they can't take me to hospital. Dad will know if they did. I have to wake up now even though I don't want to.

I opened my eyes and saw Jason and Gabriel staring at my face. "She's awake. Austin!" Gabe shouted. Both of them sat at my either side. Gabe hugged me tightly.

"Ouch!" The left side of my stomach hurt like bitch. Gabe immediately pulled away.

"What's wrong!?" Austin shouted, coming inside the room. I lifted my top from the left side and saw a bandage covered with blood there. I remember this. I did this myself to realise the pain that Chris might've gone through. All the three gasped. "What the fuck Katherine! How did this happen?" Austin shouted at me.

"Stop calling me Katherine. My name is Evanna." I shouted back.

"Answer my question dammit!" Austin demanded, meanwhile Jason brought the first aid kit.

"I don't remember anything." I lied.

"You don't even remember this?" Gabriel asked, pointing towards the torn sleeve on my right shoulder.

"Guys, just let her change her bandage then ask whatever you want." Jason said, trying to calm the situation. I mouthed a thanks to him and he smiled in reply. I removed the bandage and the wound started bleeding again. All the three just stood there, staring.

"Austin! A little help?" I shouted, bringing him back to Earth. He nodded solemnly and sat beside me on the bed. He poured the anticeptic on the cotton sheet and handed me. I put it on my wound and taped it there. Once I was done, I let my top fall on it and lyed down again. "Where am I?" I asked.

"My house." Austin said. I panicked.

"Did uncle John or aunt Jenny saw me?" I asked.

"No they are out of station. Will come back tonight." I let out a breath I did not know I was holding.

"What about dad?" I asked.

"Uncle Adrian called me last night but I said that your phone is dead and you are sleeping over at Rachel's since her mom and dad are not here." Austin answered.

"And he believed what you said?"

"He trusts me Evanna. He knows that he can rely on me to take care of you."

"I don't need anyone to take care of me." Gabe and Jason chuckled at my statement. "What!?" I glared at them and they immediately stopped.

"You need us Evanna." Jason said.

"Do you know where we found you?" Gabe said. I shook my head. "We found you passed out in the city park." My jaw dropped. All the three laughed.

"He's joking, you passed out in Chris's house." Jason said as if it was no big deal.

"That's even worse." I said.

"Seriously, now tell us what you did last night. I want the truth or I'll tell uncle Adrian everything." Austin blackmailed.

I took a deep and started. "So as far as I remember I was so broken that I went to a bar, I don't remember which one. There I had couple drinks after which I went to the dance floor and started dancing. Everything after that is in a blur. A guy tried to force himself on me and ripped my sleeve but I beat the shit out of him and left. I don't remember anything after that." I hid the part where I wounded myself since it wasn't necessary.
