It was currently Saturday morning, around 10 am to be exact and you had just risen from the depths of fluffy blankets and soft -but now mashed- pillows, making your way downstairs slowly, feet pattering in a heavy manner. Reaching the kitchen you instantly noticed your mother sat at the table, magazine in hand and cup of coffee next to her.
"Good morning sleeping beauty." she greeted in a sly manner, making you roll your eyes and grab haphazardly at the cereal in the cupboard. "Wow, nutritious (f/n), coco-pops."
"Yeah well, I'm tired." you barked out pathetically, smiling slightly at your mother's snort.
"It's ten am."
"It's ten am!" you mocked, moving your head side to side sarcastically.
"I'm still your mother and you're still young enough to go over my lap." she threatened but it was weak.
Taking a seat opposite her with your almost overflowing bowl of cereal, you shrugged your shoulders and nodded your head towards the magazine she was holding. Luckily she understood your silent question and indulged you as you ate.
After nattering for about 10 minutes, you stretched your arms and stood up, taking your bowl and her cup to wash at the sink. "So, uh, later I'm having a few friends round if that's ok?" you asked as you scrubbed the dishes with a sud-coated rag.
"Of course, just clean this place up yeah?"
"Yeah yeah."
"Oh and what time?"
"About two-ish I think, and could you leave some money for food please?"
"Yeah, have a scope through my purse before I leave. I'll be going out at about five so your cool mother will be here for a bit, gunna get down with the kids, ya dig?"
Cringing at her words, you made your way past her to head upstairs wanting to get ready. "Is this another date?" you asked.
"Maybe." she drawled out, sounding slightly giddy.
"Ew, love." you replied as you drifted up the stairs. You heard your mother snort lightly before replying, telling you she'll remember that when you fall in love.

After showering and changing into some loose cotton shorts and the jumper that Tsukishima had given you all those weeks ago. You shoddily tucked a bit of the jumper into the sides of your shorts so that the rest of the cloth stayed up, you wanting to make sure it looked like you had something on underneath. Quickly after changing, you applied some mascara and filled in any gaps in your (eb/c) brows (im dark ginger but my eyebrow hairs are white?? and i have a gap in one of them so i have to fill them in with powder (not draw them on lmao) so my 5head doesn't look any bigger) and put some lip balm on. Before leaving to go downstairs, you quickly grabbed something from your room and rushed to the bathroom, filling it with water.
"Hello my little babies." you cooed as you watered your various plats and cacti around your room, not missing Riyu, before setting off downstairs hoping to get a good amount of cleaning done.
