You awoke with a start, you alarm on your phone blaring in your ears. With a groan you hit dismiss and stretched your limbs. Your stretch caused a few strange noises to escape from you as you pulled yourself into a sitting position but you didn't mind, there was no one there to hear your animalistic cries. Except your mother, that is.

"Jeez, (y/n), I didn't know I raised a lion!" she giggled from your doorway, already dressed for work. You stared at her with no emotion and sighed. You were definitley not a morning person.

"Rawr." you replied flatly before pushing your way past her and making your way downstairs. She followed you down, her heels hitting off the laminate of the kitchen. You grabbed an apple from the fruit bowl and sat down at the counter, munching on it slowly.

"So-" your mother dragged out, excitement filling her voice. "Are you excited about starting Karasuno today? I bet there will be a lot of cute boys! Oh just think (y/n)! A highschool romance that lasts a lifetime." She gushed. You shook your head with a small smile.

"You know sometimes I think you're the teenager, mum. Anywho, no I'm not. I'm quite nervous, I'm joining half way through term, I know nobody, the attention will be on me, I might not be smart enough for this 'college prepatory class' and once again, I know nobody." you gave a sigh before finishing your apple. "Anyways shouldn't you be heading off to work?" you asked your mother. She looked at her watch and panicked.

"Oh my goodness you're right! Have a good day, I love you." she exlaimed before leaving the house in a rush. You giggled at your mum, puncuality was never her thing, nor yours really but you decided you were going to try. 

"New start new me I guess?" you though before heading upstairs to get changed.

Your walk to school was quite boring as you were only a 15 minute walk away. The walk was mainly filled with your quite hums to songs playing through your headphones, or trying to pull down the stupidly short skirt you had to wear. With a grumble you arrived at the school gates and just stared. This is going to be my new home for the next three years, you thought to yourself as you entered the grounds, may as make it a good three. Twisting your bag strap, you walked with an air of confidence despite having no idea where you were going. All aroung you you could here the chatter from friendship groups and you could feel the occaisonal odd stare on you from your peers. 

"Class 1-4. Class 1-4. Class 1-4, where could you be?" you pondered, muttering to yourself as you entered the building. You decided to ask someone for help rather than walk around aimlessly. You spotted a rather tallish boy with what seemed to be green-brown messy hair and freckles. He was smiling at laughing with two other people, one short ginger and one absolute giant of a boy. You made your way over with a smile and the feckled boy noticed you, a look of confusion washing over him. The ginger boy said something to him before he turned around and noticed you. Once you reached them you gave a small wave.

"Gomen, I don't want to seem rude but I need a favour." You asked freckles. He looked taken aback but smiled at you.

"Kinishinai! I'm Yamaguchi Tadashi what do-" he was abruptly cut off by the ginger boy.

"WOW YOU'RE TALL FOR A GIRL! I'm Hinata Shoyo what's your name?" He buzzed with a smile on his face. You let out a nervous laugh.

"I'm (l/n) (f/n), and thanks? I think?" you stood at 173cm (5 foot and 6 inches), just a few millimeters off 5 foot 7. "I just needed to ask where class 1-4 is. I'm new here and don't really know what the fuck is going on." You laughed sheepishly at the three of them. Yamaguchi beamed at you.

"That's where me and Tsukki are! Here come with us, classes are about to start." He offered. The so called Tsukki made a face at Yamaguchi.

"Stop calling me that." He muttered.

"Ah, gomen Tsukki." Yamaguchi rubbed his neck in a nervous manner and you shot 'Tsukki' a weary glance. He glared at you and turned away. You snorted at his actions and turned to Hinata.

"Hinata-san, are you not joining us?" You asked the ginger. He laughed at this and you looked confused.

"Oh no I'm not a smarty pants like those two, or you (l/n)-san! I've got to go now, see you around (l/n)-san!" and just like that, he was gone. You giggled at his antics and turned to the other two. You three walked side by side and you and Yamaguchi made small talk and got to know each other a bit better. You looked to Yamaguchi's right and saw his blond friend with his headphones in.

"What crawled up his ass and died?" you asked, noticing the unamused look on his face. Yamaguchi waved his hands about nervously and laughed.

"Oh don't worry about Tsukki, he always looks like that."

"Like what? Like he's constipated? How, appealing." you mused sarcastically. "Whats his full name anyways, you keep calling him Tsukki." you queried.

"Oh his actual name is Tsu-" Yamaguchi was cut off with loud cough from the blond. He looked bored and irritated.

"I can speak for myself. It's Tsukishima Kei." he said flatly. You rolled your eyes at his lack of enthusiasm.

"Well Tsukishima," you started with a smirk as you all entered class 1-4, "the pleasure of meeting me is all yours." He glared at you before a smirked appeared on his what was once made out of stone face.

"I wouldn't be so sure, chibi."

Your lessons were boring, the only mildly intruging thing was your introduction. Once class started you were called up to the front. You smiled at everyone before you and gave a small wave.

"Hello everyone, I'm (l/n) (f/n). Sorry for joining in the middle of term! I hope we can all be friends." you exlaimed with an honest friendly air about you. The girls looked at you with smiles on their faces whilst some of the boys looked at you in awe. You heared whispers amongst the boys and you blushed as you sat back down.

"Have you seen her legs? They go on forever they're amazing!" one boy exlaimed.

"What about her rack though huh? Not bad for a first year." your face turned beet red as you heard this whisper. Your 'rack' wasn't at all too big but you definitley weren't small. 

"Her cute little face though! She's simply adorable-" the students were cut off by the teacher at this point, and lessons resumed. Lunch soon rolled around and you strolled over to Yamaguchi and Tsukishima with a smile on your face. Yamaguchi was already looking in your direction and gave you a small smile.

"Care to join us for lunch (l/n)" he asked, gathering his stuff and standing. Giving a closed eyed smile you nodded.

"I'd be delighted!"

"Who asked me if I wanted her there?" Ah, of course ye old debby downer back at it again, you thought yourself. You rolled your eyes at him and smirked.

"Yamaguchi-san asked me to lunch so if you'll excuse us we're going to eat lunch together. No one asked you, four eyes so shut it." You smiled at him sarcastically whilst Yamaguchi started to panic at the situation before him, frantically repeating 'don't mind' to Tsukishima. "Toodles Tsukishima Kei." you spat out. With that you grabbed Yamaguchi's wrist and dragged him out the classroom with a seething Tsukishima not far behind and a stunned classroom full of your peers. 

You were dragging Yamaguchi god knows where muttering 'stupid spekky four eyes' to yourself when you heard a shout.

"Oi (l/n)." Oh a thousand joys! "You're going the wrong way."
