*Claire's POV *
Me and Ashton didn't exactly get to talk as much as I would've liked to. Ms. Lee was that super fast pace teacher who didn't stop for nothing. We took a bunch of notes and at the end of class she was just talking about upcoming events and stuff like that. I wasn't exactly listening because it wasn't important to me so I took this time to look around the classroom.
I spotted Chloe sitting next to this guy who was kind of cute if you ask me. Chloe caught my eye and started waving frantically. " This is him. This is Calum." she mouthed, looking over to make sure Calum didn't see her.
Then the bell rang and she practically ran through the crowd of kids to get to me.
"Did you see him?" She said as we started walking out.
"See who? Calum?"
"No, Bob. Yes Calum!"
"Relax. I saw him ok?"
"What do ya think?"
" He's kinda cute."
"What the hell, Claire? 'He's kinda cute' doesn't begin to explain how much I like him!"
"Who's kinda cute?" Calum said walking in again.
"Umm..." Chloe said her cheeks getting redder and redder with every breath she took.
Before she could say anything, I blurted out, "My ex. Yup. I showed her a picture earlier today and she thinks he's super cute."
"Really. Okay, then." Calum giggled slightly. " Anyways, I accidentally brought this with me." he said bringing out a folder labeled ' homework to do'.
"Uh thanks Calum." Chloe said simply taking the folder from him.
"Just call me Cal." he smiled at her. And with that the bell rang. "Oh shit. We're gonna be late!"
"Shit, I'm sorry if we made you late Calu-, I mean Cal." Chloe said, her cheeks still red.
" It's ok. I'll talk to you guys later. Bye!"
"Ooooo! Chloeee!" I said.
"Shut up!" she said laughing. At least we have an excuse for being late. Dammit. Now I feel bad for making Calum late."
"He said it was ok. I think he likes you too, Chloe."
"No, he does not!"
"Does too!"
"Stop! We sound like we're 6." she laughed. Then we walked into our math class.
