NightClaw's POV

The second I felt the impact on the ship I knew something was wrong. Pauking Cetanu! Once I regain my balance and went for Catherine and hear her speak, "what happened?!" I could see the fear in her eyes but didn't respond and grab her arm being as gentle as I could be, but to be honest I was freaking out from the impact on the ship.

I run past some Yautja making sure she was doing ok and see the Elder and rush over to him. "Elder what's happening?" I ask once I'm walking near him keeping my grip on Catherine's arm. Though he doesn't answer I hear Bakuub and turn my head to him, "an enemy ship attacked ours. It's those pauking Yautja from Earth!"

As he finishes speaking I can feel I was getting a little pissed now. They were the ones who tried to take Catherine and had gotten to her before we did. They were the reason she got a concussion and several broken ribs! I turn to Catherine who seems pretty freaked out and give a sigh I realized I may of been gripping her arm a little tight and let go.

"Follow me, ok?" I say and she nods her eyes wide; I turn back around and follow the Yautja surrounding the Elder. We get to the control room where the pilots of the ship are doing a lot of things. "Speak to me Scarce" the Elder growls standing next to the head pilot. "It's the NightClan Elder, they opened fire and sent some ships to board ours." He lowly growls but nods at the situation at hand.

"Well dont let them board!" He exclaims as I made sure Catherine was behind me and relaxes when I see her. "That's a problem Elder" another pilot says, "they've somehow overrode our system, our doors will open when they approach automatically." The Elder lets out a roar and looks like he's about to hit someone and a bunch of the Yautja near him take a noticeable step away.

He takes a deep breath, "tell the hunters to get their battle gear and weapons on now." He says then turns to me and I make sure Catherine wasn't as far back as she was by just pulling her arm a little so she was near us. The Elder looks at me then Bakuub and says, "Bakuub I want you to bring Catherine to my quarters. Kirvan is there your to protect them both with your life."

I looked pretty shocked, yes Bakuub is an Elite but so was I. Besides he only had a single queen skull I had two I would've been a much better choice to protect the two. "Dismissed." The Elder says and I immediately walk up to him making sure to respectfully bow my head. "Elder, I respect your wishes for Bakuub to protect Catherine and Kirvan but-" Elder Dachande cut me off. "Bakuub is capable of protecting the two and you are one of my better warriors I need you fighting for the clan."

I sigh but speak again after a moment, "but Elder I am a better fighter then Bakuub I can protect them a lot bett-." The Elder snarls at me making me shut the hell up, "I know your concerns are true but it is my final word. Do you understand?" I slowly nod my head and my eyes were lowered in a sign of submission. When I hear the Elder leave I lift my head back up and glance at Catherine who Bakuub was talking too.

'He better not let anything happen to either of them.' I think to myself with a small growl but take a breath. I shouldn't be so worked up about this he can protect them both just fine. I leave the control room ahead of Catherine and Bakuub heading to my room so I can put on my armour. I pass by many Yautja going to their own rooms, after Scarce had spoke through the loudspeaker.
