There he is.

That navy blue-haired idiot that kept disturbing your thoughts.

He annoyed you everyday and today was not an exception.

His attitude, his looks, his coldness. You have a thing for bad boy types. And he is the most annoying one.

He hasn't done anything to you so you wonder why he annoys you so much.

You have told your fellow managers about it and they told you that you were having a big crush on him.

Which you doubted.

How could you have a crush on someone whom you find so annoying?

(Tsurugi's POV)

There she is.

That annoying manager who keeps glaring at me every time.

What the heck is her problem?

Her attitude, her looks, her piercing gazes. I have a thing for mysterious girls. And she is the weirdest one.

I told Nii-san about this and he told me that I was just having a crush on her and so does she.

Hell no.

How could we be attracted to each other if our looks both showed hostility?

(Your POV)

Your eyes hurt at the deathly gaze you were giving Tsurugi so you decided to help the managers prepare for the break before going home after practice.

"You done with your death stare on Tsurugi?" Midori asked as if she had heard your thoughts.

"What death stare? What Tsurugi?" you asked sounding confused.

"Well weren't you death glaring at Tsurugi again?"

"I wasn't," you defensively said.

"Next time why don't you put a chant with it so he'll also fall for you?"

"Hey! I am not in love with him!"

"Oh yeah? Then give this water bottle and towel to him," Midori had a queer look on her face and she looked as if she wouldn't take no for an answer.

You took the towel and water bottle without a hint of nervousness. "That's easy," you said and smirked.

But when you turned around, you started to feel agitated.

What if Tsurugi asks you why you were glaring at him? What will you say? What if he asks you if you have a problem with him? What will you say.

You grunted and walked hastily towards him. Screw it, I bet he wouldn't even dare to talk to me.

"Hey," you began and handed him the towel and bottle.

"Thanks. Why were you glaring at me?" Tsurugi asked.

Well shit.

Did not see that coming so...

"I wasn't."

"Liar. What's your problem with me?"

Not that too 😑

"N-nothing..." you begin to stutter at the thought that Tsurugi actually talked to you for the first time.

"Hmmp... If you won't tell me then I'll try to find out myself."

He then grabbed you by the arm and led you out of the field.

"Hey! W-what are you doing?!" you said, alarmed at his sudden movement.

He made you lean against a wall and glared at you.

"What do you want?" you said, trying to sound fearless, yet you weren't able to hide your trembling voice.

"You're trembling," Tsurugi huskily said with a smirk as he leaned closer to you.

"Get away from me!" you almost yelled but he pinned your wrists on the wall and smashed his lips on yours.

Unaware that you kissed him back, you felt an arm snake around your waist and pulling you closer to Tsurugi.

After he broke your kiss, he smirked at you. "Why didn't you tell me that you like me?"

"I... I didn't know..."

"Me neither," he said and left you as you caressed your lips with your fingers at the thought that you just had your first kiss.
