Adventure Of A Lifetime: A Coldplay FanFic

I never thought once in my lifetime I'd ever be able to go on a world tour.

A world tour with a world famous band that I love so very much, at that.

Me and my two friends--Rylan Adams and Quince Conlan--are going on a tour with Coldplay. Yes, sounds ridiculous, but it's really true. I can't wait, and even though Rylan and Quince aren't huge fans like I am, they're quite excited as well.

Right. Maybe I should introduce myself. My name's Jade. Last name is very confidential--my eyes only. Okay, it's not really. It's just too long to write (again, not really, it's four letters) and I really don't want people to know because they automatically assume I'm Spanish, which I'm not. I am taking Spanish class, however.

We all live Ohio, in Amherst. Go to the same school, have schedules that are almost completely the same. We don't live near each other, though, which I find very inconvenient. But it's not like we don't see each other.

I get the feeling we'll all be tired of each other after a month of the tour, however. We may be best friends, but we don't always get along. I have to spend two years with my friends, with small breaks, of course, and that's a recipe for a disaster. Then again, the band stays together for all that time and they aren't at each other's throat. We'll try our best.

Of course, I should talk about the band. I think I should, right? You should at least know their names, if you don't already.

Chris Martin is the frontman, plays acoustic and piano, joins Jonny with his electric guitar during God Put A Smile Upon Your Face.

Jonny Buckland is the electric guitarist, and he's pretty darn good.

Will Champion is the "wonderfully bearded" drummer, as Chris calls him. He also does backing vocals for most songs, and can play acoustic guitar when needed.

Guy Berryman is the bassist of the group, and probably the quietest. I think he's my favorite because he's the one most like me.

Phil Harvey isn't actually on stage, but he's there. He's the band's creative director, but they consider him a part of the band. He's been best friends with Chris since they were kids.

And there you have it, the members of Coldplay. I'd tell you about the crew, but there's 200-some people there. I don't have enough paper for that. Or pencils, for that matter.

There's not much to write about today. The tour actually starts tomorrow, so, yeah. Expect more things tomorrow, definitely. This was more of a warm-up entry, today.
