Chapter 5 Part two

(Here is the next story I kinda feel bad for leaving you guys a cliff hanger but anyways enjoy:)

Hermes POV

" Well then... Finish me" I told him with blood gurgling out of my mouth. He brought his sword up and was aiming for my chest. I closed my eyes waiting for the blow that never came. I heard his sword land next to me and shatter. "Don't be so stupid as to die for something so trivial" he put his hand in front of me and I accepted it. I was then branded with the sign of an Awakened.

The mark was of an Angel wing and a Demons wing. Their was a sword that was facing down and it spread into vine like structures. I touched it and it burned.

It was elegant yet it was menacing. I looked up and he smiled. "Welcome Hermes, messenger of the gods to my clan".

Evan's POV

It has been 4 days since I showed mercy to Hermes but now he has been stuck to me like glue. I found out that all he did to my mom was make her sleep. When she woke up and found out about my powers she told me a few things and said she'd be back in a few hours with Michael.

Since then my every need was met and I needed for nothing. I mean at first it was cool but now its just plain annoying. I was walking out of the shower and I was missing my clothes and my towel. "Hermes!!!" he came in with a smug look "Yes master" I face palmed "Where's my clothes" he smiled at me.

"I threw them away, that clothes is for a commoner not a royal". I frowned "So what am I going to wear for today". Hermes put his hands together and when he spread out his arms there was a wardrobe.

"Wow ok, that's pretty amazing" I was excited and impressed. The only problem with this wardrobe was that it had dresses."Uh what is this?". Hermes turned around and with a radiant glow he said

"Ah this is truly fit for a Royal, and one that has history with the dimensions connecting our borders this fits you quite nicely". I was only confused for a moment before I decided what the hell why not. I chose this beautiful sunset orange dress that spread out into a gorgeous shade of pink.

I put some clips in my hair and a bit of lip balm with some mascara, and I was finally done. Me and Ermasia went to school together. I was happy to dress in girl clothes again. "So what was the biz with the dimensional borders" I batted my eye lashes "Oh that, I uh can't say but I can tell you this.

You are not who you think you are" I gave him a confused expression " What do you mean?" he looked at the forest as if he knew someone was there "He will tell you in good time". He still confused me, but heck I trustthat all my questions would be answered at some point.

Time skip 3rd period

Ugh I have math now I'm so bored and frickin teachers yelling at me. Damn that hall monitor too he said my dress was not in the school code. I wonder when mom and Michael will be back. I put my head down and just kept blowing away my pencil and dragging it back and forth.

"Well you look beautiful Miriam" a deep husky voice whispered next to my ear. His hot breath fanned my ear and I shivered. " Hehe hey buddy remember personal space" I tried moving away but he grabbed my hand.

From behind him I could hear all the girls whispering about how cool he is. "Oh hey, uh why don't you hang out with them instead, they seem interesting" he looked behind me and chuckled " They aren't as interesting as you my dear".

I blushed "Oh well hehe" I chuckled oh man this guy he's quite the romantic. "So anyways whats your name" I looked in his eyes "I am who I am, I am what I am, to those who don't know I am the rage from within" he stared at me with those black eyes that turned into an amazing ocean blue.
