Feelings pt.2

"Oh my gosh, oh my gosh ohmygosh." I pace nervously in my room, waiting for Adaline to come back with the dress she said she got for me. I had told her about the date, and she flipped, insisting that she buy me a dress.

Now I'm totally freaking out because there's only an hour until our date.
"Ready to see your dress?" Adaline walks in with a black box in her hands. I nod.

"Oh wow!" Adaline shrieks, "you look amazing!"
"Really?" I say.
"Of course, now look in the mirror already!"
"Oh wow." I gasp, the dress is beautiful!
"Here." She puts shoes and a white over

the shoulder purse into my hands. "I may or may not have gotten you some accessories."
"Adaline!" I hug her, "thank you so much."
"You're welcome Maya, now go!" She shoos me out of the bedroom, and I walk down the stairs, surprised when I don't see Sky.
"Hey Sk-" I'm cut off by two strong arms wrapping around me, Sky.
"You look gorgeous." I turn around,
"And you look-"

Hot, amazing, like a full course meal. Are all the things that go through my head before I say, "nice." Sky chuckles, like he heard my thoughts.
"Let's go shall we?" Looping his arm through mine, Sky leads me outside and like a true gentleman, holds open the car door for me. 

"No." I gasp, "you're taking me here? Isn't it expensive?" Sky just chuckles as he puts the car in park.
"It's not a problem, unless you'd rather have Popeyes?" I gag.
"Hell no."
"That's what I thought."

"Table for Luca." The servers eyes widen, and she immediately takes us to a secluded corner in the restaurant.

"Wow, you take me to the Gold Star, we get served right away..." I laugh.
"Well my dad does own the restaurant." I nearly choke on the water that I had been sipping on.
"Excuse me?"
"Yeah," he shrugs, "like I said, no big deal."

                        ~After Dinner~
"I could've eaten 10 more of those escargot," I rub my belly, it feels like I'm pregnant.
"I'm sure you don't need any more food," Sky laughs, "you ate like a beast."
"Hey!" I playfully smack Sky's arm. "At least I didn't have two milkshakes!"
"Okay, okay, I surrender." We laugh all the way home.

"What do you have planned ne-" Suddenly an arm blocks me from moving forwards, and then Sky is kissing me.

"Sky," he doesn't stop. "Sky!" I push him off of me. "We're going to fast."
"Shit Maya." He runs a hand through his hair, "I- you- you're addicting okay?! Gosh!" He turns away from me. "I can't control myself around you," He turns around and brushes a stray piece of hair out of my face. "Maya Reed, I'm in love with you."
"Sky I-"
"I don't care if you don't love me, but I need to show you, how much I love you, because-" he takes a deep breath, "words can't describe it." I'm in shock, numb, and I let Sky lead me into his bedroom, pull a book, which reveals some kind of room. 

"Sky." I look at the painting, "is that?"
"You?" He comes a little closer to me, "Yes."

"Its beautiful, I-" Stopping myself I turn around, and kiss Sky. "I love you too."
