AVA HELD ONTO THE drone as it flew against traffic. She let out a small scream as hovercars almost hit her. Suddenly, the droid was shot from above her and she was flying through the air.

"Oh, no. Oh, no. Oh, no" Ava muttered to herself before Anakin and Obi-Wan appeared below her in a vehicle of their own. She landed on the back with an 'oof' and crawled up until she sat on Obi-Wan's lap, "What took you guys so long?"

"Oh... ah... you know, Ava. I couldn't find a speeder that I really liked." Anakin joked and she smacked her brother's arm,

She pointed to a green speeder, "There he is." She turned to look at her brother, "And you chose a two-seater?!"

"Well, with the open cockpit and the right speed capabilities..." Anakin continued,

"If you spent as much time practicing your saber techniques as you did your wit you would rival Master Yoda as a swordsman." Obi-Wan interrupted as he tightened his grip on Ava as Anakin drove recklessly,

"I thought I already did," Anakin replied,

"Only in your mind, my very young apprentice."

They took a very violent, steep, and sharp turn down. Ava let out a small scream and Obi-Wan tried his best to keep a grip on her, "Pull up, Anakin. Pull up!" He ordered as they headed towards a building.

He pulled up only when they almost collided with the foundations of a skyscraper, "Whoa-oa!" Anakin laughed,

"You know I don't like it when you do that!" Obi-Wan exclaimed as Ava relaxed slightly,

"Sorry, Master. I forgot you don't like flying." Anakin smiled.

"I don't mind flying, but what you're doing is suicide!" Ava had to agree. She loved flying, feeling the wind in her hair, but Anakin was so reckless that even in Obi-Wan's arms she was afraid for her life.

They followed the assassin into a trench-sort of area between two buildings. The assassin reached their pistol out of the window and shot a power coupling. Just before it starts to shoot out violet beams of electricity, he passed by.

"Anakin! How many times have I told you to stay away from..." They all grunted in pain as they got zapped, "power couplings! That was good!" He stated sarcastically.

Ava groaned in pain, burying her face into Obi-Wan's tunic.

They flew out of the trench and the assassin went through a tunnel, dodging other speeders and vehicles. Anakin flew out in that general direction, and then took a right, "Where are you going? He went that way!" Obi-Wan exclaimed,

"Master, if we keep this chase going any longer that creep is gonna end up deep-fried. Personally, I'd like to know who he is and who he's working for. This is a shortcut." Anakin answered, "I think."

Anakin suddenly stopped and Ava sighed, "Well, you've lost him."

"That was some shortcut, Anakin. He went completely the other way." Obi-Wan stated, "Once again you've proved-"

"If you'll excuse me..." Anakin interrupted and jumped from the speeder. Ava's eyes widened and she moved over to the driver's seat and watched Anakin fall,

"I hate it when he does that," Obi-Wan growled.

Ava took the controls and began following after the speeder that Anakin was on. An object was flying towards them and Obi-Wan caught it. She looked over and noticed that it was Anakin's lightsaber,

"Not quite the family reunion I was expecting." Ava commented as the green speeder caught on fire and raced towards the ground.

She quickly parked the speeder and got out, catching up with Anakin outside of a club, "Anakin!"

"She went into the club, Master!" He told Obi-Wan.

"Patience. Use the Force. Think." He told his apprentice,

"Sorry, Master." Ava watched the two, amazed at how easily Anakin was able to conform and listen to Obi-Wan,

"She went in there to hide, not to run," Obi-Wan informed him.

Anakin nodded, "Yes, Master.

Obi-Wan held out Anakin's lightsaber, "Next time, try not to lose it. This weapon is your life."

"I'll try, Master," Anakin responded, taking his weapon and the two Skywalker's followed the Jedi Master into the club.

"Why do I get the feeling you're going to be the death of me?" Obi-Wan asked,

"Don't say that, Master. You're the closest thing I have to a father." Anakin replied,

"Then why don't you listen to me?"

"I am trying."

Ava stopped and looked around before taking off her tunic, revealing a tight, black sleeveless crop top, "Stop with the chit chat, boys. Time to find us an assassin." She said before going into the crowd.

"I think she's going to be the death of me." Obi-Wan sighed before following the older Skywalker,

"Where are you going, Master?" Anakin asked,

"To get a drink."
