Ch.18: Planning a Rescue

The next day after Dakota trained Thunder.......

Hiccup, Fishlegs, Atali, Mala, Throck, Stoick, Alvin, and Dagur were looking for Dakota, Conner, Snotlout, and Meatlug. Throck asked, "Where are they?" Hiccup shrugged his shoulders. They then heard yelling, they immediately ran in the direction of the yells, what they found, was, interesting. Hiccup and Dagur looked up to see the hunters hanging upside down while Meatlug sat on a branch with Dakota on her back, Snotlout and Conner had a bunch of rocks. Hiccup looked at them, "Guys, what are you doing?" Dakota smirked, "Finding out where the girls are." Hiccup was surprised, "How did you get them to talk?" Dakota looked at Fishlegs, "Remember when you told us that when Meatlug eat more than 5 different kinds of rocks at once, she is very gassy?" Fishlegs nodded, "Yes, and?" Dakota said, "We got all of the information we need, we threatened to have Meatlug gas them." Hiccup groaned, "Sometimes, you three are evil." Dakota and Conner fist bumped before jumping out of the tree. Snotlout cut the hunters down. Hiccup looked at Dakota, "What about Meat-", several branches came crashing down, along with Snotlout and Meatlug, "lug?" Dakota said, "They told us everything, which island, the location of the cell, guards, and even told us the guards' names." Throck and Alvin took the hunters to the cells again.

6 hours later......................

Dakota laid down a map of the island, "The hunters sang like birds, we have everything we need to launch a rescue mission." Everyone nodded and looked at Hiccup and Dakota, Dakota said, "Take it away Hiccup." Hiccup nodded, "Ok, the plan is to have the riders distract the hunters, Conner and I will sneak in while Dagur deals with the guards, then we rescue Astrid and Aliana, then, if we have to, we blast our way out." Dakota said, "We'll distract the hunters.", and shared a smirk with Dagur, the twins, and Snotlout. Hiccup knew they had a plan, "Let's get them back.", with that, everyone went off to bed. Hiccup walked over to the a cliff, Conner, Ivy, and Hannah walked over to him, Ivy asked, "Hiccup, what's wrong?" Hiccup said, "It's Astrid, I miss her." The girls hugged him tightly while Conner put a hand on his shoulder. Ivy said, "We'll get her and Aliana back." Dakota said, "Yeah.", with the other teens standing behind him. Hiccup smiled and pulled away, "Thank you everyone." Dakota put a hand on his shoulder. They all looked at the moon, high in the sky. They were going to get Astrid and Aliana back. No matter what.
