Hey, this chapter was meant to be up last night but my computer kept crashing so here it is tonight. I'd just like to explain why I haven't used the band's real girlfriends names and the reason is because I have no idea what parts they will play later in my story and I don't think it would be right for me to portray them as bad (if I did) when I'm pretty sure they're lovely people. Thanks to all my readers I got so happy when I saw I had over 750 reads, I love you guys <3 I also really love the song for this chapter, All Time Low are amazingggg, enjoy and tell me if there's any mistakes Megan xx

Time to lay claim to the evidence

Fingerprints sold me out

But our footprints washed away from the docks downtown

It's been getting late for days

And I think myself deserving of a little time off

We can kick it hang for hours

And just mouth off about the world

And how we know it's going straight to hell

Pass me another bottle, honey

The Jager's so sweet

But if it keeps you around then I'm down

Meet me on Thames Street

I'll take you out though I'm hardly worth your time

In the cold you look so fierce, but I'm warm enough

Because the tension's like a fire

We'll hit South Broadway in a matter of minutes

And like a bad movie, I'll drop a line

Fall in the grave I've been digging myself

But there's room for two

Six feet under the stars

~Kate~

I was woken by the bright sun coming through the cracks in the curtains, I yawned and turned onto my back before opening my eyes. I lay there confused for a minute where was I? I was sure we'd came back to Dan's apartment last night, that was when I realised someones arm was wrapped tightly around me.  I heard a soft snore from beside me, I turned my head to see him sleeping peacefully his chest slowly rising and falling. That was when I remembered last night, I brought my fingers to my lips remembering the way we had kissed last night and how nervous he had been before he had asked me to be his girlfriend, a fact I still couldn't believe, I was Daniel Flint's girlfriend . Shit... I probably had awful morning breath and smeared make up, I didn't want him to wake to me looking a mess. I didn't want him to regret asking me to be his girlfriend.

I gently removed his arm from around me and crept to the bathroom. I stood in front of the mirror my make up wasn't too messy, but I looked different my features looked brighter more happy. I brushed my teeth until they were squeaky clean before washing my face. I left my hair ruffled so he couldn't tell I'd already been up. When I was happy with how I looked I walked back to his room, changed into one of his tee's and carefully got into bed trying not to wake him. I lay with my head on his chest listening to his heartbeat. I had been pretending to be asleep for ten minutes when I felt him stir beneath me, his had stroked my hair as his arm tightened around me. I looked up at him, "Morning," I smiled, he smiled the smile I loved so much. "Morning beautiful, I'm glad you stayed, I'm not used to waking up with someone," his eyes held sadness. I kissed his chest before speaking, "Of course I stayed, why wouldn't I," my fingers traced circles on his collarbone, I felt him shiver. "I guess usually when I go to bed with a girl she's not usually here when I wake up, just a one night stand- an escape from reality," he frowned looking guilty. "That doesn't matter to me, I'm glad you weren't lonely, but we have each other now." His guilt eased and he smiled before sitting us both up against his headboard.
