after a few more weeks in the hospital they finnaly let me out and im going back to school but i have to do some phisycal therapy for some reason i think its because i have been sick and bed riden for 3 months. its almost christmas time so i only have to go back a few more days then there is christmas break.

"bea hurry up your going to miss the bus" my mom shouts up the stairs

"im coming just gotta get my necklace on" i yell back so she can hear me

i come down the  stairs slowly because i am still etting used to my new legs. Caleb ,Toby, Zeke, Uriah, and WIll are waiting at the door. celeb comes and helps me the rest of the way so it will be faster. when i get out the door caleb stil helps me because it hurts to walk know. the bus pulls up infront of our house instead of down the street at the usual bus stop. i dont know why maybe the bus driver saw me or something. 

when i get on i go to the back where i always sit and this time zeke and uriah sit with me instead of caleb and will they sit with toby. the bus ride seems to take forever but its only a few minutes to the school. when the bus stops celeb waits for me to get off. its a god thing we have the same call together along with Christina, Marlean, and Uriah. 

the day goes by slowly and i have not ran into the bulies yet thats good. after school ends i get on the bus first and sit down in the back . i wait for zeke and uriah to come but they dont so i get off and see a bunch of kids in a circle. i go over and see zeke and uriah laying down on the ground and peter and eric standing above them. 

"what have you done you morons what did they ever do to you" i yell and everyone stops cheering and clapping and they all look at me i go over to peter and punch him in his face. "why do you do this you bastards" i punch him again

"you stupid little girl" peter yells and slaps me across the face. eric runs away so he wont get in trouble

my cheek stings and my face is hot. peter seems scard and runs away and i go over to uriah and zeke and see that they arnt awake. just then toby and caleb come and everyone leaves. they both stop in surprise .

"beatice elizabeth prior what in the world did you do this time" caleb yells andpulls me away

"caleb it wasnt me it was peter and eric. i was on the bus waitng for zeke and uri and when they didnt come i went off the bus and found a bunch of people around something so i went ot see what and it was peter and eric beating zeke and uri up i punched peter twince while eric ran and he slapped me and ran" i say trying not to cry

all caleb dose is shake his head and pulls me to the bus

"you are ginna be in trouble when mom and dad find ou what happened" is all he say for the rest of the bes ride home
