Annabelle's pov

So I walk up to a sleeping Hayden. Our talk yesterday was interesting. We love each other and I'm not telling Hayden. Get that out of y'all's thick skulls. I look at the clock. 8 o'clock. Surprise, surprise. I get ready and walk downstairs. I had 20 minutes to get there. I ran out the door. The stables again are 15 minutes away. I ran tree and made it. I ran down to Sugarplum. I get her saddled up and to the first training. Barrel racing is really easy for me but I still need the training to get the money. The next competition is oh Friday. It's Tuesday. I did the jumping training and now it was dancing. Well acrobats on horses. I change Sugarplum's saddle and ride over.

"So your sister and you are now an act?" I nod.

"We make a better team." He said. We make our way to the starting area and the horses took off. Dan and I started our moving. We get down and I ride back to the stables. Dan gets beside me.

"So tonight at 9, right?"

"Correct, tonight at 9." We gallop away from each other and I put Sugarplum. I get home and walked upstairs. Hayes was waiting.

"Hey babe." He says.

"Hi Hun." I said walking into Hayden's and mine room. He's following behind.

"Want to go somewhere tonight?"

"Sorry can't. Have something tomorrow early so I have to go to sleep early." I didn't look at him cause if I did, he would now that I'm lying.

"Ok well maybe some other time." He says leaving. Yeah maybe. I grab some clothes and stuff them in a bag. Hayden has the club tonight. I open the window and jump out it. I walked down the street. I made it to the studios and we got to work.

Hayes's pov

She's going somewhere with Dan tonight. That's why she can't go with me. I check the time, 8:45. She should leave by now. I walked upstairs and sure enough she wasn't there. I look out the window and spotted her. I stayed away from her till we get to a...... studio? I watch her walk in and a few minutes later so does Dan. I was upset. I walked in quietly and watched. It's acrobats. Why didn't she tell me? I watch the way Dan and her dance. They look like a couple! I'm her boyfriend! I watch Dan touch her the way I can't. Hayden agrees with this? I decide to make myself noticeable.

"Great job, Annabelle." She gasp and snap her head in my direction.

"H-hayes." She stutters.She was on the floor now so she isn't going to fall. I start walking to her.

"Does the promise ring mean nothing to you?" She shakes her head.

"It means everything." She said looking at it with a smile.

"Well that promise ring means everything to me, too. I'm being loyal to you and you don't tell me the truth. You go hang with Dan at an acrobat studio. You don't let me come watch. Are you doing something with Dan?"

"No, of course. Work is work, work friends are work friends. I've told you this."

"Yeah but we are work friends." I fired back.

"Are you saying you want to go back to just friends?" She asked with tears in her eyes. I then realize what I said.

"No, no." She cuts me off with a sadden tone.

"I'm sorry." She ran off to who knows where. I went to chase her but Dan stop me.

"You've done enough."

"She's my girlfriend."

"She's my dance partner." He says. "You know here I can touch her and you can't." He says with a smirk.

"Keep your hands off of her!" I warned.

"Sorry dude, you lost your chance." He's right. I'm not trusting her and that's what's messing up our relationship. I'm such a screw up. I went to go find her.

Annabelle's pov

I ran to the stables. I don't want to cry. I got Sugarplum out. I went riding. I'm not going ot cry. Not again. I rode up the mountains. As fast as I can. I jump logs and dunk under branches. Sugarplum then rides up the street. I pass the house. I keep going. I pass the LA sign. I have no idea where I'm going but I'm going anywhere but home.

Hayes's pov

I ran to the house.

"Is she home yet?" I said walking into the house. Hayden jumps up.

"What do you mean?" She ask walking over to me. "No, she's suppose to be upstairs."

"No! She's leaving!" I run upstairs and enter. She's not there. No! I run back downstairs. "This is all my fault!" Hayden comes in.

"What's wrong, Hayes?"

"I followed Annabelle tonight and she ran away. I caught her at the studio with Dan doing acrobats. I didn't trust her. She ran and I can't find her."

"You did what?"

"I sort of scared Ananbelle away." She gives me a glare and then runs out the door. We run behind her to the stables. Sugarplum was gone.

"Annabelle only leaves with her horse if she leaves, leaves. That means she ran away." She turns to me. "It's all your fault for not trusting her." She stroms off, looking for Annabelle. I went to. I grab my horse and rode the trails. No sign of her. I spot a sliver by the the LA sign. I ride over to it. I pick it up. I drop it as soon as I did. It's our promise ring. Oh no. She left LA.
