Hayden's POV

After that suprise last night I was the happiest I've ever been. Sam carried me to his bed and laid me down. He wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me close. I snuggle close. Just to be in his arms again was the best feeling I've ever had. He kissed my lips than my forehead and whispered,'Stay strong Princess.' I feel asleep instantly in his arms. This is what I've been missing these past almost 2 years.

We wake up together at 6. He kissed me than we got ready. We were surprising his mom today then going to North Carolina so he could meet the Griers and all so he was all dressed up in his dress blues. I was wearing a white lacey dress. It was short and had a sweet heart neckline. It had a think tan belt going around my middle. I was wearing my cowgirl boots. I wear his dogtags and the promise necklace and of course my ring. I walk into his room and he sweeps me off my feet and kisses me and carries me downstairs to everyone else.

"You know I can walk right?" I say. I was secretly hoping he never put me down. He looked my in the eyes.

"Do you have any idea how much I've been dying to do this?" he said. Everyone aww'd and I kissed him.

"I missed you too." I said. He smiled and carried me to the car. Hayes and Annabelle got in the cab with David. Sam and I rode in the back just holding onto each other. Finally Hayes pulls up at the address Sam gave him and we all walk to the door. I was holding Sam's hand. I was nervous I mean what if his family doesn't like me. Sam knocked on the door. An older looking woman answered the door. She looked and saw Sam then burst into tears. She hugged him and kissed his cheek.

"And who have you brought with you?" she asked.

"Mom, this is my fiance,Hayden. Her sister, Annabelle. Annabelle's finace, Hayes. And then their child, David." he said introducing us. His mom looked at me and hugged me.

"It's so wonderful to finally meet the girl my son talks so much about." she said and Sam blushed a little. Then she hugged Annabelle, Hayes, and David. She invites us in and then calls down Sam's dad. An older looking man comes down the stairs than sees Sam and hugs him tight. They talk then Sam introduces all of us again. His dad hugs all of us. Then his parents sit in 2 chairs while the rest of us sit on the couch. Sam pulls me onto his lap and I blush and he kisses my check. I wrap my arms around him and lay my head on his shoulder.

"I see they missed each other." said Mr. Pottorff.

"They've been inseperable since last night." said Hayes. I smile. I didn't want us to ever seperate again but in the back of my mind I know that he'll be deployed again. That'll I'll be back to missing him again. But I don't know when that is so for now I'm going to enjoy him while I have him. We talke with his parents for a while then we had to leave for our flight to NC. We all hug. His parents were really sweet and I think they like me and I like them. We got home and got our bags and Nash then Cameron drove us to the airport. We went through security and all that jazz then finally boarded the plane. It was me in the window seat, Sam, Nash, then Hayes, Annabelle, and David in the row behind us. I fell asleep holding Sam's hand and having my head on his shoulder. He kissed my forehead and whispered 'Stay strong Princess.'

I open my eyes and Sam was carrying me out of the airport. We were surprising Hayes's parents so they didn't know we were coming. I just held Sam tighter and he kissed me. Nash called up an old friend and had them bring a truck up to the airport and pick all of us up. Annabelle and David rode in the cab while the rest of us rode in the bed. Sam pulled me onto his lap and we held onto each other tight like we were afraid the other might disappear. Finally we got there and Hayes and Nash knocked on the door. The rest of us were hiding around the corner of the house. Sam was carrying me. Now I know how Annabelle felt. We hear them all hug and such then Annabelle and David came around the corner and we heard Mrs. Grier freak out over David. Then Sam walked around with me in his arms. The Griers smiled when they saw us. Then Sam put me down so I could hug them. They both hugged Sam and told him thank you for what he'd done. We all caught up and David kept wanting SAm to tell him stories but Sam turned him down saying that there's just somethings I can't talk about.

"So what was your role?" asked Mr.Grier

"Well I was a Marine Snipper." he said. I didn't know much about the military but I did know that for the Marines that graduating from snipper school was a huge honor and acheivement.

"Wow. That's outstanding." said Mrs.Grier.

"Thank you ma'am." he said. Haye, Annabelle, and David went to Hayes old room and Sam and I went to the guest room.

~* 2 Days Later *~

We had just gotten back from NC and had just gotten home. Sam and I ran up to his bedroom. He started kissing my neck... You know what happens. I was wearing my undergarments and Sam's T-shirt. I was never letting this boy go.

"I love you Sam." I said.

"I love you Hayden." he said. He kissed me then I fell asleep in his arms. He kissed my forehead and whispered.'Stay strong Princess.'
