Hayden's POV

I woke up with Annabelle. We both went downstairs and ate breakfast then got ready. I wanted to ride Blackjack so I was going with her to the stables. I laid out my outfit on the bed and she looked at me weird.

"What?" I asked.

"You can't go riding in that. Here wear these." she said throwing clothes at me. I rolled my eyes then went to the bathroom to change. I was wearing a pair of old jeans, a black and white plaid shirt that I tied in the front, and boots. I walk out and Annabelle tossed me a cowgirl hat and I put it on. I also put in a belly button ring with a dangle of a pistol. I grab my phone and put it in my back pocket then me and An left for the stables. It felt like home again to be in the country clothes. Like the good ol' days. We get there and I sadle up Blackjack while Annabelle saddles up Sugarplum. It was only 7 so she still had a while until her practice. We just road in the field and even jumped and she taught me how to do a little barrel racing but I'm nowhere near as good as she is. After a bit she goes to the bathroom and a dude comes up to me. It was Dan.

"What do you want?" I spat at him. He looked at me confused.

"Did I do something wrong?" he asked. I swear I'm going to beat his ass.

"You kissed my sister yesterday that's what's wrong!" I yelled. He looked at me a minute than laughed.  He pulled out his phone and showed me a picture of him and an identical copy of him standing beside each other.

"I'm Tyler. Dan is my twin." he said.

"Oh sorry about that. I'm Hayden. Annabelle's twin." I said.

"It's fine, happens all the time. Anyways I was just coming to ask you if you adopted Blackjack over here." he asked.

"Yea. I did why?" I said.

"He's a more rebelious horse. I've never seen anyone actually control him."

"Well than me and Blackjack have something in common. If you couldn't tell I'm the more rebelious twin."

"I have noticed. I apologize for my jackass of a brother by the way."

"You're not the one who needs to apologize and I'm not the one the apology should be for." I said. Annabelle came over and saw it was Tyler not Dan but still looked pissed. A little bit later she had to practice and I just rode the trails. I was about to ride up a mountain when Sam called.

(S-Sam    H-Hayden)

S- Hey babe

H- Hey babe

S- Where are you

H- At the stables. Come down here I want you to meet someone.

S- Um okay. On my way.

H- Bye. I love you

S- Bye, I love you too

We hung up.

It was only 5 minutes until all the guys came walking by. I rode over on Blackjack.

"Guys this is Blackjack. Blackjack these are all my friends and boyfriend." I said. They all looked at me weird. 

"What?"

"You being country." said Kian.

"I was born and raised country I just put a rebel twist on it." I said.  They just took pictures and there excuse was this may never happen again. They left but Sam said he would be back in 10. I just went and watched Annabelle practicing jumps. She was amazing. I was so proud of her. I feel someone tap on my shoulder. I turn and see something I never thought I'd see. Sam was there wearing almost the exact same thing as me except his shirt was open so his abs were showing and he had a backpack. I take out my phone and take a picture.

"This may never happen again."I say smiling. He went and hopped on a horse that you could pay to ride for a few hours.

"C'mon little doggy." he said in a fake country accent. I just shoke my head and we went riding on a longer trail. Then we went a little off course. We jump over a few logs and ducked over a few branches. Finally we come across a beautiful place. It was a little creek with tall trees and branches thet the sun was breaking through. Sam reached into his backpack and pulled out a blanket. We laid on it. He had his arm around me and my head was on his chest. Then he pulled out two monsters. I happily took one and chugged it. Then he stood me up and got down on one knee.

"Don't worry I'm not proposing. But I do love you Hayden. I think you're the most badass, beautiful, funny, and just amazing girl I've ever met and I've loved you since I ran into you on the street. I'll love you forever and always." he said and he pulled out a necklace box. He opened it and held it up. It was a necklace with a heart pendent. The heart had a little ket shape cutout and,'He who holds the key can unlock my heart' written on it. I took the box and looked at it smiling.

"Check the back." he said. I turn the necklace around. On the back it had,'My Princess' ingraved on the back and August 10, 2014 ingraved below it. The day we met.

"I love it." I say. He stands us and puts on a necklace, His was on a black ropey kind of chain. It was a dogtag with a key with it. The dogtag said,'My Hero' and August 10,2014. I put on my necklace and he put the key in place and it fit perfectly. I smile and kiss him. I love him. I said it. I'm in love with Sam Pottorff. We laid back down then just talked and drank monsters until it was dark and we rode back. We put our horses away then went to his house and we fell asleep in his bed. He whispered,'Stay strong Princess' then we fell asleep.
