Hayden's POV

I wake up next to Sam. I kiss his cheek and grab my bag. I walk straight home. Today I was talking to Annabelle. I jog home. I walk in and the phone rang. I run over and answer it.

(H- Hayden   A-Acrobatics Lady)

A- Hello is this Annabelle?

H- Nope. This is her twin. Can I help you?

A- Oh this is Brianna. I'm calling about the acrobatic act she is doing.

H- Oh yea.If you need to leave a message I'd pass it along

A- Yes if you could just tell her to come tonight at 9

H- Yea. No problem.

A- Thank you. Bye

H- B-Bye

We hung up.

Why won't she tell me shit!? I mean I'm her twin damn it!? I go upstairs. She was in our bed waking up. I look dead at her.

"Mornin Hayden." she said.

"We need to talk." I said. I closed and locked the door. She gulped.

"About what?" she asked.

"I know about your wrist." I said.  She looked shocked. Then I saw tears come to her eyes.

"Hayden I-" she chocked out. I pulled her into a hug. She cried into my shoulder. 

"Annabelle don't worry. We're going to get through all of this together. We're both going to gain weight until we're healthy. I'll help you stop cutting. We've been together since birth. Annabelle you know I'm always here for you. I always have been and I always will be. I promise." I pull away so I can look her in the eyes,"But you have to promise me that you're going to gain weight with me. At least so people can't see our ribs. Promise me and promise me that you'll stop cutting. You're my twin. It kills me to see you like this." I said.

"I promise. I promise I'll gain weight and I promise I'll stop." she said.

"Good. Now go get your blades." I said. She sighed and got up. She went to the bathroom and came back with 2 blades,"Is this all of them?" I asked. I looked her in the eye. She nodded and her nose didn't crinkle. I smile and pull her back to the bathroom. I throw the blades in the toilet. She puts her hand on the handle and pushes down and the blades disappear. I hug her.

"I don't know what made you do this and I'm not going to make you tell me. If you want to tell me okay. If you don't then that's okay too. Just know that you're kind, beautiful, talented, and just down right amazing. I love you Annabelle. You're my little sister. I love you and I always have." I say and kiss the top of her head. I grab her wrist and count them. 3 fresh ones.

"Now I'll be check your wrist everyday ok. And then every morning we'll weigh ourselves together. We can get through this as sisters." I say and hug her.

"Oh and another thing. Why do you keep lying to me!?" I asked.

"Because you're overprotective." she said. I can't argue with that.

"Well the acrobatics lady called. She said to come over at 9." I said and she nodded. 

"Now let's go have some fun." I said.

"No more egging, tping, or vandilism!" she yelled

"How do you know about that?" I asked.

"Charolette is my bosses daughter and they have cameras. Then the whole city knows about the bridge thing." she said.

"Oh shit sorry about that." I said scratching the back of my neck.

"It's fine." she said. Then we both got ready and she went to the stables while I went to cheer. Our competition was in 4 days. We had a great routine with awesome stunts. I think we were ready for the comp. It was just a qualifier. If we won then we'd go to state, then, regional, then nationals. I wanted to win. I know we could. I get home and see Annabelle back. I hug her. Then we watch all the guys play video games until it's 9. I didn't have work so I was free. I pulled her upstairs to our room.

"Hey An can I come with you to the arebatics thing please?" I beg.

"Sure. c'mon we have to leave." she said and we left. When we get there I see the two long silk ropes falling from the ceiling.

"Oh cool. I wanna try." I yelled runing up onto the stage they were on. I just took of my shoes and climbed up.

"Hayden be careful!" yelled Annabelle.

"When am I not!?" I yelled back down. I wrapped 1 silk rope around one leg and the other silk rope around the other. I lower myself down so that I was doing the splits. I let do with my hands and do jazz hands.

"Ta-da!" I yell down to Annabelle. She just shook her head. I untangle myself then I wrap the strands around my waist. I let go and hang upside down but don't fall and I do the splits. I look down and Annabelle was talking with a lady. I did little flips down and landed gracefully. The lady came over to me with a smile on her face.

"Hello Hayden is it? I believe you were the young girl I spoke to on the phone earlier." she said shaking her hand.

"Yep that's me." I said shaking her hand.

"Well you did beautifly on your first time. How would you and Annabelle like to do a sisters act?" she said. Annabelle and I looked at each other and nodded.

"We'd love to!" we said at the same time. We did this sometimes and it freaked people out.

"Excellent! You will each have your solos and then Annabelle will have her preformance with Dan." she said walking away.

"Who the fuck is Dan!?" I asked.

"My horse dancing partner." she said. Oh yea I remembered him. I remember how pissed Hayes was. Oh well he can get over it. We practiced and we did our routines then Annabelle did her dance with Dan. I had a funny feeling about Dan. I didn't trust him. Usually I can be a pretty good judge of character so I tend to analyze people a lot. I could tell someone's personality and everything by just watching them. And I didn't like the vibe I was getting from Dan. He better watch it or the next thing he's dancing with is death. 

We all finish up then Annabelle and I walk home and go to bed exausted.
