The Kesi base was ringed with stone brick walls, with several large spears poking out at all directions, as if sending a message," You don't mess with this base." This base had withstood the strongest attacks from different armies and still hadn't been overrun, sorely reminding the SkyArmy Recruits of the fate of their base.
Jason and the rest of the team took charge, since Sky was still passed out. They confered with the man who still hasn't given his own name, and he suggested that they stay at the Kesi base for now, gather their forces before they ever try to retake SkyArmy base.
Ty and the wolf man knocked on the gates, as they were opened almost immediately. Several men in black combat armour went out to greet them.
The one in the lead looked familiar, but he kept a straight face, only noticeably relaxing when he saw the wolf man.
"Shaman, long time, no see," The man said, clapping the wolf man on the back.
"Likewise, Jordan," Shaman smiled," I need a favour."
"Of course," Jordan looked at the SkyArmy recruits, and looked at Sky, who was unconscious on one of the horses," Is that...?"
"General Adam Skylen," Ty said," We are sorry to come to you under present circumstancs, but pleasure to meet you, Captain Sparklez."
"Please, call me Jordan," he said, "you must be the famous General Ellis."
"I'm famous?" Ty seemed surprised.
"Of course, nobody can forget any member of Team Crafted. Speaking of which, you are all here?"
"Yes," Ty said," And our base was just attacked. We might need refuge, if you don't mind."
"Not at all, always happy to help a fellow base in need," Jordan said with a tight smile," but I warn you, my base does contain a lot of Team Crafted fans."
Ty frowned, he didn't see why Jordan needed to warn them about that. On the other hand, he was excited to meet Jordan, also known as Captain Sparklez. That guy was the famed leader of the Kesi base, the base that Notch most often called on to help.
They walked into the base, to see people hurrying about, almost all wearing black combat armour. The base was actually pretty huge, larger than the SkyArmy base, with dozens of people running around in circles, in the process of training. This base seemed more like an army base than the others', Ty had actually been to several so called 'army bases' where the people were just chilling out all the time, writing poems about the warm sunlight and stuff, basically frolicking all the time.
People stared at the SkyArmy recruits, with their bright gold(budder) armour, they were pretty recognizable. A woman even dropped an axe between her feet, nearly impaling them, and she didn't even notice.
He saw people whispering, and froze in their activities as they saw the battered recruits and the infamous Team Crafted. Damn, Ty thought, that is going to ruin the name of Team Crafted and the SkyArmy for sure this time.
Jordan assigned several of his men to lead the wounded recruits to the infirmary, and nearly none of them weren't injured in any way. Even Sky was sent to the infirmary, and Jordan stressed that the staff should provide the necessary medication, but not to do anything funny, like taking blood samples and stuff, which Ty was grateful for. One Skybrine was already enough, the last thing they need was more rogue, powerful Skybrine juniors running around.
Jordan led them to some houses, where they had a place to rest. He promised to assist them the best he could to help them reclaim their base. He, for one, wasn't a big fan of the squids.
