Chapter 7: The Truth

CAT'S THOUGHTS:

After a while of crying I ask Drake,

"How?"

"Well, not that I care but your 'dad' got a letter that was left in your mom's will explaining that she had an affair and 'dad' is not your biological father. This all happened a year after your mom died." replied Drake, completely monotone.

I start to weep again, into Jake's shoulder and keep trying to understand why my mother would do such a thing whe Drake rudely interrupts by saying,

"Can I leave now?"

I reply, " Oh, My, Word you thought you were going out of here after the stunt you just pulled , the only way an ASSHOLE like you is getting out of here is in handcuffs and in the back of a cop car."

I walk across the room and pick up my cell phone from the ground and diall 911. After chatting with them for what seemed like forever and just before Jake kills Drake, the police finally arrive. I have to explain the whole story once again.

Then they lock up the ASSHOLE (Drake) and tell me that they will keep in contact with us but Drake hasn't tried to say he is innocent so he is going tojail. But Drake thinks he is very funny and before he gets into the car he shouts,

"Wait for me Kitty Cat, I love you!" in a sarcastic voice so I reply,

"Go to Hell!" and pull a zap sign at him.

As soon as they all leave I close the door and just hug Jake saying,

"I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry..."

JAKE'S THOUGHTS:

Well, after all that I tell Cat to stop apologising and to go change into pjs because we can go out some other time. After all these things being told to Cat, I think it's good if I tell her something important.

As soon as Cat comes downstairs, I make her sit in a arm chair as I stand and talk to her.I say calmly , "Okay, I am Jake Reed the teen actor, my dad is Bruce Reed the ex-martial artist and my mom is Michelle Reed the ex-model, I hope this doesn't change anything?"

Cat replies, "Um... why would it my feeling are still the same its a shock but it doesn't change a thing."

I reply, "I am so reli...."

Is as far as I can get because Cat jumps up and gives me one of her bear hugs but she catches me off balance and we fall onto the couch,

She whispers, "You silly thing." and then kisses me with a sense of urgency so I kiss her back and then we both lie down and I wrap my arms around her waist.

Then she says, "Maybe you should put on some pjs?"

"Maybe." and chuckle as I look down at my suite so I get up and run to my room, put on some sleep shorts and take off my shirt and run back.

Cat says, "Aah, Jake no shirt ?"

I say, "Do you want me to put one on?" 

"Cocky much?" she replies raising an eyebrow and giggling.

"Okay I'll put one on..." And pretend to walk to my room.

"Nah, it'scool."Cat replies quickly.

I snuggle up on the couch with Cat and wrap my arms around her waist once again and that's how I drifted off to sleep.

CAT'S THOUGHTS:

Jake with his arms around me plus his shirt off is equal to my heaven... After such a tragic night I fall almost instantly asleep in Jake's strong arms....

Still got to update a chappie with exams on , hope it doesn't suck Xp  Oh and I found the pic on the internet does not belong to me belongs to whoever posted it or took it thanks :)
