Unconditional Love

Chapter 9:The Backyard?:

CAT'S POV:

I wake up hearing the sound of sprinklers and droplets of water but when I open my eyes, the first thing I lay my eyes on is Jake's handsome face. After admiring Jake's face for a while I look around and see we had fallen asleep last night outside on our towels in our costumes! I shake Jake and say,

" Wake up lazy bones , we fell asleep outside." 

Jake groans and says, "Babe , why is it so cold?" I love it when he calls me that.

"Babe, simply put we must have fallen asleep while looking at the stars, so lets go inside and get changed so we can warm up." I see Jake smile as I say babe his faint dimples showing and I am only not kissing him because I am freezing. 

" Oh um ... sure, love I have to go judge these bunch of auditions because I am the lead actor,do you mind?"

"Not at all babe, I also have somewhere to get to, see you tonight and please don't fall in love with the lead girl." I say jokingly with a bit of meaning behind it.

" Trust me there is no one else I want , you are the only one , and you are mine and I love you. " He says seriously , so I give him a quick kiss and say,

" You have no idea how much I love you." 

" I know I love you more." 

" Impossible."

" Nothings impossible." Right now we are speaking with our forehead against each other, Jake leans his head down and kisses me so passionately our lips molding perfectly together. I would stay like this but Jake has to get ready to judge auditions and I also need to go to an audition but I don't want to tell Jake . I am passionate about acting but I don't want to tell Jake about the audition because he is a professional actor. And to add pressure he has already gotten a loead role for one of his movies. So I will just go for the audition and if I get the part I will tell him if I don't I'll just say I went to the mall or something. So I put on a green sundress, with black wedges, natural make-up and a black leather jacket and headed downstairs.

JAKE'S POV:

When I see Cat coming downstairs , I am blown away, she looks stunning. I say,

"Where you going like that?" Jokingly.

"For a job interview." 

" Well babe, you better get the job looking like that." 

" I hope so." she says and kisses me on the cheek and leaves saying, " I'll miss you, love you,bye love." 

"love you too babe."

Now it's time for me to go judge auditions for a girl I need to act as if I love and I know I will probably only picture Cat for this role , no other girl will get the same effection from me even if I am a good actor.

CAT'S POV:

I am so nervous right now, sitting in the waiting room waiting for my turn to audition. I think about the lines of the piece I am doing because I've read over it so many times that I know it off by heart.They call the number 135, that's my numberI almost don't go in , but I get the courage and step into the audition room and guess who is in one of the seats...Jake ! Well I should of guessed that much. I calmly shkae the writer , director and Jake's hand who gives my hand a little squeeze for support and then I say, 

"Hi I am Caitlin Springs but you can call me Cat." in the most confident voice that I can find.

The director says, " Hi Cat, tell me what piece are you going to perform with Jake?"

"The love scene please." 

The director says, " Sure." 

I say ," Before we start must we do the kiss at the end or leave it out?" 

He says, " What ever you are comfortable with." So then Jake and I do the scene quite well, I have to admit and then it comes to the crutial part. 

I say, " Max , we are not meant to be together." 

Jake says, " Yes we are,Kerry." as he cups my cheek with his hand. There is a pause and then we do the kiss. The director says we did brilliantly and we have good chemistry . I WONDER WHY!

So they say I am the one they need and I got the part , I almost dance for joy but I get out of there first. I run to the bus stop and do a little dance which is mostly just shaking my butt but then I hear foot steps . I turn around and of course it was Jake. He says,

" I am glad I didn't miss that ." and gives me a playful wink.

" Stop!" I say playfully and smack his arm.He chuckles and then says,

" Congradulations , why didn't you tell me you love to act?" 

" Well your a professional actor and I don't think I am that good." and bite my lip nervously. Jake then lifts my chin to look at him and says,

" Well, the director, writer and I think you're excellent! Where did you learn to act ?"

" Well, I  take drama as a subject at school and waitress and with that money I went to some acting courses." 

" Well then , I guess I fell in love with the lead actress sorry." 

" Shut up." I say and kiss him in an urgent manner and our lips moved in sync we continued until some people came to the bus stop and  recognised Jake and even a journalist took a picture of us so we ran to Jake's car and drove home.

JAKE'S POV:

I have fallen even more in love with Cat , I didn't think it could happen but it did. She is an amazing actress and while we drove home she sang along to the radio and she has such an angelic voice. I know this sounds cheesy but I am OFFICIALLY IN LOVE!!!
