CAT'S POV
These past few weeks have run smoothly still with idiot remarks from Jackass (we took economics , accounting , math and creative writing .) He is a jackass definitely not
a dumbass. Jackass has also been with a lot of the female population .At least one or two a day. The rest praise him for being a player and kinda a badass but he still gets good grades it is quite irritating.
Jake and I have been better , I don't really know why I doubted our feelings for each other . He bought me a bear and chocolates to say sorry he seemed distant and I apologised for overreacting . Still though something feels different but thats probably my mind running wild ...
I walk into creative writing with Hazel and find it surprising to find jackass is here before us.
"Hello Kitty cat ."
"Don't call me that ." I snap the nick name bringing back too many pain full memories.
"Doesn't kitty want to play ?"
"No jackass now please do shut the hell up." I say siting at my desk beside him.
"Make me. " he says and his face is inches from my own.
I stare at him and say ,
" I give you 3 seconds to move 1..2 ."
"You don't want me to move you know you want to kiss me. "
"Okay 1. I have a boyfriend .."
"And I have a maths test today ."
"And ? "
"Oh sorry thought we were listing things we can cheat on." He says coming so close our forwards touch.
" hahaha so smooth ," I say sarcastically , and then say " secondly I don't want to get an STD from all the girls u have been with ?"
"How would you know how many girls I have been with? "
"well you only have to walk into a girls bathroom to know you have been with a few ."
"awwww I actually thought you were stalking me. " he says with fake hurt on his face and in his tone of voice.
"In you dreams, green. "
"Always, springs "
I look at him with fake surprise and make my voice more high pitchy and girlier than usual,
"Oh my gosh! The Kelvin Green dreams about me." and twirl my hair and flutter my eye lashes.
" I know you want me, Kitty cat. "
And by just using that nickname the fun and games are over and I am close to tears.
"Can you please stop using that nickname.. " I hate how weak it sounds coming from me .
"why does it sound like you are about to cry?" he says concern washing over his Irresistible face. Earth to cat remember Jake your boyfriend?
"It's something I don't talk about so can you just not call me that from now on ,please? "
"Sure thing , kitten. "
And I just laugh at this new nickname, I like it Jake never gives me nicknames.
"So are you and karate guy coming to the party tonight?"
I scrunch my eyebrows and say, "his name is Jake and what party?"
"You should come, trust me it will be fun. " "Well I'll see "I say giving Kelvin a small smile.
He smiles back at me and I notice he has dimples , oh my lord....
School goes quickly and I have found out that Jake and I are going to this party after all, wonder how long it was going to take for him to tell me.
We get home and I go to shower straight away but Mike stops me in the middle of the hall, he normally only comes home later after aftercare.
"hey Mike?" I say and he finally sees me running up to me saying,
"Cat!!! " and hugs me tightly seesh this boy is growing up to fast he will be ten years old soon.
He then sees I am going to shower early and says, "
Where are you and Jake going? "
"to a older kid party why? "
"oh okay. " he says looking at the floor.
"ahhh kiddo I'll spend the whole day with you tomorrow if I can alright? "
"yay! " he says running to his room. That boy has too much energy.
