Chapter 8: Jake's Famous

CAT'S POV:

Now it makes sense that we don't go out often but it doesn't matter I love him exactly the same. 

So I quickly slip out of Jake's arms without waking him up and go to shower and change. I put on denim shorts and a vest which is purple and black and just put my hair in a messy bun and go downstairs quickly  but quietly to make sure I don't wake Jake up yet.

I am in the kitchen and make chocolate chip pancakes and pour two glasses of milk. I check to see Jake still fast asleep on the couch, snoring softly , so CUTE! 

After I am finished making the pancakes I set the plates and the glasses of milk on the coffee table and bend next to Jake and whisper in his ear,

"Wake up sleepy head."

Jake groans, "Just give me five more minutes..."

"It's already 12 o'clock in the afternoon."

Then Jake gives me a fright and grabs me and makes me lie down next to him, I could stay like this forever but I worked really hard to make those pancakes so  I whisper,

"This is lovely but I worked really hard to make chocolate chip pancakes."

He mumbles, "Why didn't you say so ?" and he gets up so I get up and give him his plate and we start eating.

Jake moans and says, "These are good how did you do this, I mean I didn't even know we had chocolate chips?" 

I reply confused, " I just opened the cupboard ?" 

And we just laugh even though it isn't that funny. After the pancakes I cuddle up to Jake and we spend the rest of the afternoon watching movies and every now and then Jake would kiss my hair and stroke it which was just so comforting where was he when I was going through all that shit in the last few years . He would of been helpful,  he could of helped me through it all and Drake would have probably not hurt me  but anywho can't change the past but I can improve the future...

It is now 5 o'clock and I have an idea and say," Hey, Jake."

" Yes babe."  and pecks my lips and I love that he is calling me babe , it sounds so good coming out of his lips.

" Why don't we have a night swim?"

"Sure!" and we both get up to change.

JAKE'S POV:

I haven't swam in like forever, well it feels like that anyway. Another good thing about telling Cat I am famous is that if my parents let her stay we can do home schooling together so I won't be alone anymore. Now I am at the pool waiting for Cat. She comes out with a towel around her and says,

" Lets have a diving competition."

" Sure thing , you first ." 

CAT'S POV:

Now I have to dive first , nice thinking Cat. So I take off my towel, I'm wearing a bikini, YIKES and walk to the deep end of the pool and do a perfect dive.  I getup at the top of the water and see that Jake is staring at me and say,

" What?" 

"Why do you look so nervous, you look amazing." 

" I wouldn't say amazing at all." I laugh and get out of the pool, sit by Jake and say your turn but before he goes he says, " I will always say amazing." and kisses my temple causing me to blush. Then he goes and does a perfect dive OH HOT DAMN! Then he gets out the pool and sits next to me wrapping his arm around my waist and says,

"Well, this is lovely , chilling with the most beautiful girlfriend ever and not having to go out and handle the paparatzi.

"Yeah , about that , the paparatzi doesn't need to know about us yet , I just don't want them looking at my past and then you get a bad reputation."

" Whatever you decide is fine and I don't care really because I love you and if it was up to me , I would tell the whole world your mine."

" I love you too and you're the cutest aren't you." and giggle and tease to kiss him and jump into the pool as he swims after me. I suprise him by turning around and wrap my legs around his waist and kiss him passionately, he is shocked but soon kisses back , our lips moving in sync. He hold me and carries me to the grass , I feel bad because I think I am quite heavy he lays me down on the grass and pecks me on the lips. We then both lay down looking at the sky on our towel in the warm evening. 

JAKE'S POV:
After Cat's suprise kiss we lay down watching the stars. It was so peaceful and calming with Cat cuddled up to me...
