FRIDAY
[ ETHAN'S POV ]

"Yo, what's up?" I spoke putting my phone to my ear.

"Hey dude, I was wondering if you, Jeff, Grayson and whoever else wanted to come over tonight." Mason asked through the phone.

My eyebrows narrowed being confused on why he would ask us to hangout. "I don't know if that's a good idea. Didn't Grayson and Taylor beat the shit out of the guys?"

"They won't be here. I'd rather hangout with you guys than them. They're such dicks." He let out a huge huff of air, "I just want to hangout with chill people for once."

I pursed my lips together thinking about it, "What would we do at your house?"

"We can just swim and do some fireworks in the backyard. I mean, I do live in a frat house so." He explained to me.

"Let me ask Ally and them, I'll let you know." I told him with a stern voice.

"Okay, let me know." He explained before hanging up the phone.

I grabbed my phone from my pocket and clicked on my contacts app.

My heart fell to my feet seeing that after all this time I still had Ally's contact number.

My cheeks slowly started to flex; I was smiling down to my phone.

me: hey pretty wanna hangout tonight?

ally♡: why would I want to hangout with you?? ewwww

My blush became ever lighter while my lips departed showing my smile.

ally♡: geez I'm flattered but you're annoying and I don't like you..........

me: yeah I can tell by how long it's taking you to answer

ally♡: its a project about my future, I have to write how I see it

ally♡: well I see myself on a beach house, baby blue. I see myself sitting in the balcony on top of the house writing books. I see my husband cooking a meal for the kids, reading them a bed time story that puts them to bed, then after he comes up to the balcony and takes me away from my work space and brings me into the bedroom that has a slight breeze from the windows being open, and he kisses me like he did the first time we ever kissed. Fire works.

My heart started pounding seeing her text me that.

me: wow... I'm speechless

me: no it is, I'm just like.. wow. that sounds like nothing but perfection
