I was contemplating w/ my friends what advice I could've used in middle school. so for all my younger followers, here's some advice from your friendly local sophomore who can't spell sophomore w/out autocorrect
-sketching is fun! doodles are cute! you see that pencil? pick it up and doodle!
-look in the mirror. find every flaw on your face. then disregard it because you're still pretty cute
-makeup is cool. no makeup is cool. you do you. Blue eyeshadow is a no no.
-say that compliment! don't hold everything in!
-if you don't need that weight in your backpack, don't carry it.
-that person who just made you feel like shit? yeah. don't ignore them. use the comment as fuel for dedication. use it and twist it so it becomes a compliment.
-don't hold in your feelings. it'll only carry to high school.
-the zit on your cheek is a lot smaller than you imagine.
