X: Cheating

Looking through the window, the dim lights of the streets were the brightest thing that night. For some reason, it looked like there had been a major electrical failure across Seoul or it was just that the sky was a new shade, deeper color of black. Hoseok was not sure, the only thing he knew for sure now was that he really wanted to go back to the dorm, take a shower, maybe read a book and go to sleep. He smiled as he picked up his bag and joined Suga and Rap Monster as they shared a few laughs watching social media. Not long passed until they were told that the car awaited for them. Wiith tired but happy faces, the trio left the BigHit building and got into the fancy car taking them home.

As the black Jeep moved forward, they talked about how they've done in the recording session. "This is set to be a funny song" Namjoon commented remembering the verses he had been given. "I think ARMY will love it" Hobi added with a bright smile. It was always nice to think how their work would be received. "Which one are we recording next?" Suga inquired using a flat tone. "Probably *Best of Me" Joon responded, with the other Hobi nodding in agreement. They still had a lot of work to do before their comeback.

Hoseok was not sure if it was because of the fact that he was feeling tired, but he had felt like the journey to their dorm had been shorter than previous times. Ultimately, he was relieved about that, because he really wanted to rest. They kindly thanked the driver and exited the car. J Hope could see that his two teammates were exhausted as well and most likely they were not going to sleep just yet. Specially Yoongi, he would probably eat, take a shower and get into producing. He still had to work on what would be their next album's main single. It was a huge task for Suga, but being the amazing musician he was, he had taken the challenge without hesitation.

They entered the dorm and found Tae eagerly waiting for food while Kookie and Jin worked in the kitchen. Most would say that Tae should help, but being honest, V in the kitchen could be dangerous. That is why he was mainly assigned to do cleaning chores instead of cooking. "Good eveeeeeening!" Joon yelled making the three vocalists turn around. "Ah! You scared me, hyung!" Tae complained trying to look tough but finally succumbing to laugther. Jungkook and Jin only chuckled at the loud tone Joon had used. Hoseok was about to laugh as well when he noticed one of them being absent. "Where's Jimin?" He asked, setting his bag against the wall. Jimin was not one to be alone, if possible, he would always join someone else to talk or laugh. It was weird not to find him there with the rest of the singers. "He said he was going to visit a friend" Kookie answered casually, making Hoseok's insides twirl. He turned around and saw that Yoongi, who was about to leave the scene, had stopped his tracks as well.

"Which friend?" Hoseok asked, he was not sure of the reason, but he suddenly started to feel anxious and very uncomfortable. "He didn't tell us. He is probably at SM training with Taemin- sunbae" Jin said as he returned to his cooking. If that was true, Hoseok had nothing to worry. Jimin had a lot of friends from other groups and every once in a while, he would go to dance lessons or to just hang out with them. Still, Jimin would always say where he was, so for him not to reveal that information was really odd. "Did he say something about going to SM?" Yoongi inquired sternly, Hoseok could see that Suga was worried too. "No he didn't and I don't think he is at SM. I was texting with Baekhyun- sunbae and he said they were to have a meeting for their *SM Town Concert" Tae spoke without taking his eyes off his phone.

Hoseok turned to look at Yoongi. They both locked their worried gaze. Hobi could tell that Suga was suspecting the same thing he was. Jimin had gone to meet up with Koh Jisung and that was bad. Suga made a phone gesture with his hand and took it to his left ear. Hoseok immediately got the hint and took his cellphone out of his pocket. He went into speed dial and feeling his hand shivering, he called Jimin's number. Please pick up. Please pick up. Please pick up the phone! He thought as he heard the beeping sound of the call. However, it wasn't long until he was sent to voice mail. Hoseok sighed in defeat and pressed the call button once again. Just like the previous time, there was no answer. This was really frustrating, he was really worried. Suddenly, a hand landed on his shoulder. "You know who he is with, right?" Yoongi asked quietly, trying not to disturb the peace of the other four members. Hoseok nodded. Even if Jimin was to go out with a girl, he would always say where he was going. For him not to say so could only mean that he knew that his hyungs wouldn't approve of the place he was going to visit.
