"We'll talk after the concert"

That phrase kept repeating itself in Jimin's head. His poor state the previous night had made it impossible for him and Hoseok to have a decent conversation. That's why the older had stated for them to have a little chat after their concert. It was not a long wait, specially since concerts went by really fast. Too fast. Jimin wished they lasted a little longer because despite the exhaustion and how hard it was to do all the dances sometimes, he loved to see the fans and the crowd. He would always try to lock eyes with as many ARMY as possible. One look from them was more than enough for Jimin to remember their face forever. That's why he loved the experience. The good thing about today's concert was probably the fact that he'd be able to look at many fans. Given that he was not allowed to perform, he would be sitting next to the members during the show, singing what he could sing and watching them as they delivered the show.

He felt a little lucky, not that he didn't want to perform but being on stage, he had always wondered how it was to watch BTS perform. He had always wondered if the show was good enough, if it brought enthusiasm to the public or if it was just plain boring. He had always been curious to see what it looks like from the other side of the stage.

Of course, he would love to see how he did as well. That's why he would often watch clips on YouTube to see if he was fulfilling the requirements and more times than not, he had found himself lacking in many aspects. Whether it was his voice breaking, his knees trembling of him recurring to watch some of the members to remember the choreo, Jimin knew that he rarely ever did as good as he should. That's why he needed to work harder.

"Lift your head a little" the noona requested with a smile as she gently applied make up on him. "How are you feeling, Jiminie?" Yoongi asked from the seat next to his. "Are you sure you want to go on stage?" He spoke turning to look at the younger. "Yes, if I don't, I'll be very bored. I want to be out there with you guys" Jimin replied softly. "I'm feeling a lot better now" he continued with a little nod to reassure Yoongi that he was doing fine. "Okay, but if you start feeling ill, please tell us" Suga requested grabbing Jimin's hand. "I will, hyung" Jimin answered giving Yoongi's hand a tight grip. Soon they were joined by Tae who came along with Jungkook to film the make up session. V stroked Jimin's hair as Jungkook happily approached him with a camera. "Don't film me" Jimin complained with a little pout "I look awful" he continued pressing his little hand against the camera lense. "You never look awful, Jimin- ah" Tae told the younger with a tender voice.

Jimin smiled shyly, he couldn't have asked for better friends. They were really supportive. Sure, the pills the doctor had given him had really helped, but Jimin found his member's words to be a better medicine. As he slowly walked towards the stage, he could see a nice chair set for him. Fans screamed and yelled their names, cheering really loudly when they made their first appearance. This would be one interesting performance. Jimin felt a mixture of emotions as the music started. It was weird to see his members getting to their positions without him. That feeling got even weirder as the show went on. Despite knowing that it was for his own good and that the members and the BTS crew were taking care of him, Jimin couldn't help but to feel like he was disappointing his team. The guys had had to practice twice as much due to the rearrangements in the choreos that needed to be done to fill his spot, not to mention that in most songs, one of the members had to sing his parts as well. No matter how tired they were or how little breathing time they've got in between lines.

The smiles from his six brothers were heart warming but they made Jimin feel guilty. He should be performing with them, singing, dancing and cheering with them. It was unfair that they did all the work while he was comfortably seated on a chair. That's why despite the warnings from their crew, the words from the members and his own better judgement, Jimin got on his feet and danced to Spring Day ignoring every little bit of discomfort his body felt.
