In the plenary hall, meanwhile, Czarlize asked a question.
Vince on the other hand, almost can’t recognize her.
However, Vince poised as if she don’t know Ms. Montes, but Czarlize knows him already even the talk was about to start.
Dr. Balacina: Yes, Ms. Montes. I am aware of the consequences of the Nuclear Power Plant if handled improperly. However, it only happens when safety precautions are not observed or if there is an external influence that interfered with the normal operation of the power plant. I want to assure you and the whole Mandaya City community as well, that the Nuclear Plant facility is safe, and proper security decorum is observed strictly.
After answering this, the audience clapped their hands.
However, some audience still raised their hands for follow up questions, but the moderator didn’t pick any more.
The moderator thinks.
Moderator: …human questions seem never ending.
Then he suddenly speaks in microphone.
Moderator: I wish to entertain more questions but we’re running out of time. It’s almost 1pm, let’s have a lunch break. I thank everyone for attending. The audience stands up and takes their lunch in the canteen of the University.
The moderator however guided Vince in the cocktail.
Rommel: Dr. Balacina, this way please.
Vince followed.
