He fell in love

Cas and Dean had finally admitted their feelings for each other. Everything was going great until Cas started being distant with Dean. Dean didn't understand what was wrong and was tired of it, so he decided to confront him. "Cas? Can I talk to you" Dean says shyly. Cas sighs and says "Yeah. Sure. What's up" crossing his arms like he's pissed off. He didn't seem to pleased with Dean causing Dean to shrink back. "I-uh-nevermind" Dean turns around to leave but is stopped by Cas's hand on his shoulder. Dean looks at Cas wide eyed but relaxes and when he sees Cas's features softend. "Dean I'm sorry. That was rude of me. Of course we can talk but can we talk in your room" Dean nods and pulls Cas to his room. They sit next to each other and Cas leans his head on Dean's shoulder. This was the most affection Cas has shown Dean in weeks. Dean slowly reaches for Cas's hand and intertwines it with his, gently pressing a kiss to it. This gesture was enough to break the walls Cas had put up. Tears start fall down Cas's face. Dean puts his arm around Cas and pulls him into his chest. "Cas. Cas it's okay." Dean says trying to comfort Cas. Cas pulls away and mumbles "Why are you with me" "What" Cas says surprised. "Why are you with me? Why are you dating me? You've never stayed with anyone before. You've slept with all these women all these all these years and then I come along and-and you keep me around. Why? Why am I so different?" Cas said. Tears were still falling down Cas's face. Dean was so shocked he just stared at Cas for awhile before answering. "Cas I keep you around because we need you. I need you. You're are different because you looked at me different. You looked at me like an actual person and not just someone to have sex with. You invested your time in me. I'm with you, I date you because I fell in love with you" Dean noticed Cas wasn't looking at him so Dean moved to straddle Cas's lap, taking Cas's face in his hands. "I fell in love with you and not just because you can heal me or help us when we need it. I fell in love with all of you Castiel. Every single part. I didn't just fall in love with the best of you like they way your eyes light up the room or they way your laugh makes me smile. Or the way your smiles gives me butterflies in my stomach like a freaking girl. I fell in love with all of you. I fell in love with your scars. I fell in love with the way you make sarcastic remarks. Or the way you feel helpless at 2 am and I have to pull you out of your thoughts. I fell in love with the way you get angry and want to be alone. I fell in love with the great in you and the 'bad' you see in yourself but the bad you see is the great I see because I love every part of you. Every bit." Dean finishes his speech leaning his forehead on Cas's. "Dean I-I don't know what to say" Tears were still falling down Cas's face but they were happy tears. Cas leans up and kisses Dean with so much love and passion it catches Dean off guard. Dean melts into the kiss and wraps his arms around Cas. They pull away gasping for air. "I love you so much Dean Winchester. I know it's nothing compared to what you said but-" Cas is cut off by Dean. "Hey none of that. All I could hope for is for you to love me back" Cas and Dean share a more loving kiss. "I love you so much Dean. God I love you so much" The rest of the night they layed there just cuddling and loving each other. It was no surprise that when Sam went to Dean's room in the morning that he found them wrapped in each others arms with a smile on their face.
