Dean and Cas had recently admitted their feelings, after a close call on a hunt. It has taken Dean awhile to get used to someone loving him like Cas does, but he's getting there.
Right now Cas and Dean were laying on the couch watching TV. Dean was laying on Cas's chest and Cas had his arms wrapped protectively around Dean, rubbing soothing circles into his back. Cas looks down at Dean, admiring how relaxed he looks. Cas couldn't help but smile. "I love you Dean" Cas says. He didn't mean to say it, it just slipped out. He expects Dean to freeze or tense up, but he didn't. He stayed completely relaxed. "I love you too Cas. I love you so damn much" he says cuddling deeper into Cas. "I love you so much." Cas leans forward and places a gentle, loving kiss on Dean's lips. Dean returns the kiss and pulls away with a smile. "I will always love you Dean." "I will always love you too Cas."
