No. nO. nOOOOoooo!!!! This cannot be happening. Everything was going so well, and the Billionaire had just confessed his undying love to me. How could this bitch show up now after breaking his heart?

Sofia was beautiful, no doubt about that. But her face held a cold, detached look. Not gonna lie, I was threatened by her mere existence, she looked like a model who stepped straight off a jewelry ad in a glossy magazine.

"Sofi..." says Adam, his voice cracking.

"Yes. It's me." Says Sofia. Her voice is rich and calm.

"I thought you went back home to South Africa," says Adam.

Sofia narrowed her eyes. "I'm from South America."

Adam snorted. "You're from Argentina, which is in South Africa. South America is where Louisiana, Alabama, and those states are. Gosh, how could you not know basic geography?"

Sofia rolled her eyes. "Ok Adam."

This whole time I felt so awkward. So. Awkward.

"Sofia, meet Apple," says Adam, thrusting me towards her. "She is my new girlfriend."

Sofia's eyes widened in surprise. "Oh... nice to meet you, Apple. What an interesting name you have!"

Of course my name is interesting. More than she ever will be. Her voice sounds warm but I know she is a bitch inside. I just know it.

"What are you doing here?" Asked Adam, as he wrapped an arm around my shoulders and drew me close to him. I wrapped my arms around his torso.

"I missed you Adam," said Sofia, tears forming in her eyes.

That bitch. I can't believe this. She's turning on the fake tears!

"You cheated on me, and worst of all, YOU KILLED STEFANO!!" Cried Adam, also suddenly bursting into tears.

"Adam you fucking nematode!" cried Sofia, covering his mouth and looking around. "Let's go to your penthouse and talk about this, ok?"

"Ok," said Adam in a muffled voice.

The limo ride back was awkward as my spongebob uniform.

When we got to the penthouse, the screaming match began.

"I wouldn't have cheated on you if you paid attention to me!" Screamed Sofia.

"I don't even care about that, I'm more upset about Stefano's death! How could you kill him?"

"I didn't! I didn't know he was dead until you came home!"

"Maybe if you weren't busy doing my brother, you would have noticed!"

While these two insanely attractive people argued, I sneaked out to the elevator and went upstairs.

I had to know the truth, once and for all.

My heart pounding, I turned the knob of the secret room, which surprisingly wasn't locked.

My jaw dropped as I took in everything- the tributes to he who was no more. There were  pictures on the wall, unlit candles, and "We Miss You Stefano" posters.

I shit you not, Stefano was a goldfish.
