Oh no, thought Robin and pressed the acceleration pedal harder with his foot. The only weapon Robin had was a Swiss Army Knife.

Despite it being three am, there were some vehicles on the highway. And when a vehicle was coming that wasn't Robin's car, Sara would cease fire so nobody got suspicious and called the cops.

However, after a certain amount of time Robin decided that if he won't act, these bitches will never leave him alone until they run out of gas. Even that wouldn't really save him because Rosalind always had extra gas in her trunk. They'll have absolutely no problems finding him. Robin started to think.
When a new exit came up, Robin took a right. Rosalind did the same. Robin removed his Swiss Army Knife from his pocket and chucked it onto the road. Before Rosalind could stop her vehicle, her tire went on Robin's knife and the tire got flat. At last, Robin got away.

Robin drove for a couple more hours. "Pull over to the side of the highway when you see a blue car. Then honk the horn twice," the GPS ordered. Robin was happy. Once he saw a car with the car plate number SPADE, he pulled over and honked his horn. A handsome man wearing fancy clothes, sunglasses, and glossy shoes stepped out of the vehicle and noticed Robin. "May I help you, Robin?" he conquered, removing the sunglasses from his face. Robin showed him the code from Prudence. "I see. You're looking for Prudence Cardwell, right?"

-"Yes,"

"Get in the car, my coworker Rhett will drive us to her," the man said, pulling out a little square. "We can take your car with us easily," the man walked behind Robin's 2003 Ford Escort and pointed the square to Robin's car plate number. In less than a minute, the car has vanished. "Ehm, sir...what have you just done to my car?!" panicked Robin. The man chuckled: "No need to panic, Robin! Look here..." and showed him the square, which proved that Robin's vehicle was inside. "And when we reach our destination, I'll remove it from here. This is just a portable vehicle carrier I invented!"

Who the hell was this man, Robin thought, he seems to be living in the far future and not the present. "What are you waiting for? Hop in, and we'll drive you to New York in thirty minutes!" said the man and opened the door for Robin to get in. "That's not possible," gasped Robin as he sat into the man's vehicle, "we're in Pennsylvania, and New York City is several hours away," the man and his driver laughed. "Before we go any further, let's meet each other. I'm Rhett Turner," said the driver and shook Robin's hand. "Nice to meet you, Rhett. Oh, and one question...Prudence wrote about some man named Ledger Spade in her diary, and your car plate number is SPADE. Do you know who Ledger Spade might be?"

"I am Ledger Spade," chuckled the man, and put his sunglasses back on his nose. Robin couldn't believe it. But before he could say anything else, he heard screaming and banging outside Ledger's car. It sounded like Sara and Rosalind. "Give back Robin Jr. to his mother, you pity kangaroo!!" he heard Sara holler. "I'll take care of this. Come on out with me, Robin," offered Ledger and went outside. But, before stepping out he slipped an object into Robin's hand "Use it when you'll need to. When you'll feel unsafe,".
"Oh, look what I see! I see two underaged trespassers attacking my vehicle! I believe it's time to contact the cops and your parents!" said Ledger and took out his mobile phone to dial 911. "Don't! I don't have any parents. And nobody will believe you," gulped Sara. Ledger looked into her eyes. "I see you're a ghost, am I correct?"

Sara: "What are you, blind?! Of course, I am! Prudence assassinated me two years ago,"

Rosalind: "Now is that kangaroo here? We need him and our son back,"

Ledger: "What kangaroo? What son? There are no kangaroos around here,"

Rosalind: "Get out of town, old man. You know I'm talking about Robin! You know he's the kangaroo that didn't care about our son!"

Ledger shook his head. "Look who's talking," he said in a firm tone, "I see your parents never taught you manners and the way you should speak to adults. Until you and your ghost friend will respect me, I'm not planning on doing anything for you,"

"Excusez-moi, monsieur. I need to see behind you," chuckled Sara and looked behind Ledger. Robin was standing there with his fist closed. "There's that kangaroo! Let's do what we were waiting for!" she gasped and tried to run to him. "Not so fast, ladies," smiled Ledger and blocked the way. "What's wrong with you, man?!! I just need to have a talk with my boyfriend!" Robin heard this. "I'm not your boyfriend anymore for god's sake! I told you that I wanted to break up with you,"

Sara: "Where the hell is the baby?"

Rosalind: "I'm his mother!! You can't have any justifications to not give him back to us!"

Robin: "Bitch, no. I'm done talking about this. That embryo is dead. Prudence aborted it. No, I did not send her to do it. As I already told you, when I have children, it must be at the right time, with the right woman, in the right circumstances! No matter what kind of disability my child will have, I'll never give it up for adoption! I'm thankful that Prudence made the abortion herself in a safe way because I don't want to worry for the rest of my life about something I did in high school. Everybody has made senseless actions in their lives, and that's normal! However, if I do something that's unnecessary, the last thing I want is to be responsible for it for the rest of my life. I do not have the ability to read people's minds, but I'm thinking you never wanted this child as well. You just used it as an excuse for me to not break up with you,"

Sara: "Now shut up, son of a motherless kangaroo! We won't leave you alone until you get back with Rosalind and allow everything to go back to the way it was when you two were dating! And I'll help Rosalind with this!!"

Robin: "And what if I do this?"

Sara: "Do what?"

Very rapidly, Robin opened his fist and pointed the object at Sara. She went rigid. "What the hell are you doing?!" gasped Rosalind, trying to help her ghost friend start moving again. But it was pointless; in less than a half minute, she was gone. Gone forever. Rosalind was speechless for a while. "You...you just eliminated my best friend!! What have you done?!" she screamed eventually and was about to attack Robin. "Hold it," Ledger ordered and made Rosalind stand in place. "Let me go, man," shouted Rosalind, however, Ledger didn't let go. "Robin, turn off location services on your phone because that's how they found you. And since Sara is gone, this girl will never find you again. So you won't have to worry again. And for you, young lady, you're going to go home. I've already contacted a few cops I know around here. They'll take you back to Detroit and have a discussion with your father about all this. Farewell,"

"Robin, please, don't!!" begged Rosalind, but Robin paid no attention. He shut off the location services in the Settings application, then turned back to his ex. "I'm sorry you're not what I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. You'll find the right person, eventually," he said, then he and Ledger went back to the vehicle. Rhett started the engine and drove away, leaving Rosalind alone on the side of the 80th Highway.

"So, Ledger, you said that we can get to New York in a short amount of time, despite being in Western Pennsylvania," Robin conquered once more. Ledger chuckled. "Rhett, show him what our baby can do," he ordered, and Rhett pulled a trigger on the turning wheel. Before Robin realized what was going on, Ledger's car was in the sky. It was floating. Robin was shocked. "In my world, everything exists," smiled Ledger.

As Ledger promised, they arrived in NYC in less than an hour. The vehicle landed on the Brooklyn Bridge and halted. "Keep quiet," Ledger ordered to Robin. Rhett pressed a button on his phone, and a speaker appeared. "I love you," said Rhett loudly, and out of nowhere, a door opened. "That door wasn't even there!! What on Earth-" gasped Robin, not believing what was going on. "Robin. I'm serious. I have a whole secret industry in there that nobody knows about," Ledger explained.

Once the car halted, Ledger ordered Rhett to carry Robin and Prudence's belongings to a separate room. "Now follow me," he told Robin and that's what he did. Ledger led Robin to a room that was three floors up, and his belongings were already there. "Wait here, just a second," Ledger told him and exited the room. Five minutes later, the door opened, and Robin could not believe who was standing there.

"Prudence!!" he gasped and ran up to her.
