Flippy x Flipqy (fanfic)

34- Actually...

"So.. Splendid!.. what are you doing here?" Flippy asked, trying to sound cheerful. Splendid smiled. 

"Oh, I was just coming to check on you~ it's just what good friends do." Splendid winked. 

Flipqy cringed. 'Eww.. did he just.. wink at flippy?!?!' 

Flipqy was enraged. So enraged.. he flipped the table. 

"Flipqy!!" Flippy said angrily. "Why the fuck did you do that!?"

Flipqy hesitated.

"B... because.. because he is trying to flirt with you!! SPLENDID LIKES YOU FLIPPY!! And you haven't done anything to tell him off!! If anything, you're encouraging him! QUIT IT!!" 

Flipqys chest heaved, him now being breathless from yelling and flipping the table.

Flippy sighed. "Flipqy.. get a hold of yourself. Splendid doesn't like me.. it's just in your head."

"Actually.. " Splendid interrupted; and being the bold hero he was, he spoke without thinking. "I.. I kinda do like you flippy. You're.. cute." Splendid blushed.

 Flippys eyes widened in surprise.

"W-.. w-what?!" Flippy said in shock.

Splendid nodded. "Yeah.. Flipqy was right the whole time. I'm trying to steal you from him. I.. I can treat you better than he can!"

Flippy was speechless. He got up and looked at splendid. He pointed toward the door. "L.. l-leave.. "

Flipqy grinned. "Yeah squirrely, leave!!"

Flippy huffed. "If you don't hush, I'm going to make you leave too.."

"Fine, fine.."

Flippy sighed. Splendid looked from the door to Flippy, then back to the door. He couldn't believe it. He confessed his feelings for Flippy.. and he was being kicked out!! How could this be?!

Splendid huffed. "Fine.. but I'll be back.."
