Rey
"Rey"..."Rey!", Ben spoke. Before Rey even notice, the connection failed and Ren was gone. Rey didn't want him to hear her voice. She didn't want him to see her face or for her to see his. He wasn't deserving of it. Not after everything that had happened, not after he had so abruptly used her. She knew she was never going to get him to turn, she knew that the REAL Ben was a person that she would never get meet and that the person now taking over his body was malicious and incapable of loving or caring for another soul other than that of his own.

In the days after Crait, Rey fell through what felt like a bottomless pit. Luke Skywalker. The Legend had passed and now the galaxies were in dismay. The Resistance was down to at least a hundred members all crammed into the Millennium Falcon. Nothing would ever be the same again. Not for them, not for the galaxies, and not for Rey. Nothing would be the same for her because for what seemed like two seconds she felt what Leia lives by...hope. It was strong and real, but Rey wasn't exactly sure what she was hoping for at that time. If it was for the Resistance to win the war or....for something else, something she couldn't understand.

Rey sat down on the floor in her little room next to a tiny window on the Falcon. She was overlooking all of the stars in the vast distance beyond that was space. "Where did you and my mother think you could run to, huh?". Kylo Ren's voice took over the noise of the ship and filled only Rey's ears like an ear plug. Rey did not turn around to face him but instead spoke in a calm and collect voice, "You do not get to call her that. Not anymore. She is not your mother, she was Bens' and he is dead".  "At least Ben had a mother who was there.", Kylo said in a mocking tone. At his last pronounced letter Rey turned around in a blind rage, outstretched her right hand, and bent her finger. This set Kylo flying up in the air to clash
against the wall. He looked surprised. She had reached a certain strength with the force to do whatever she pleased and she didn't even realize it. He surely wasn't going to let her know either. She walked over to where he was and standing above him, tall and powerful (something she had never felt before) and said, " I know my mother abandoned me. It does not bother me now because almost everyone in my life has abandoned me. You abandoned me when I was the only one who didn't abandon you. I have come to peace with all of it. I know now that you were wrong." Kylo looked up at her confused. " I am NOT nothing. I am not nobody. I am not nowhere. I am THE LAST JEDI. I am Rey from Jaku. And I am here in the middle of this story as the one who will finally bring down the darkness and restore the galaxy. And there is nothing you can do to stop me". The connection died. Kylo was back on the Dreadnought. Rey was back on the Falcon. And the galaxy was torn apart.

Author's Note: Hey Guys!! I hope you like the story so far. I really want to show Rey stronger than how she is portrayed in the movies because I feel like Kylo/Ben takes advantage of her alot. Tell me what you guys think! And also was this chapter to short because if it was I will try to make the other ones longer.
