Reagan's POV
"So what color will it be tonight?" Michael asked while we were all hanging out in my room.
"I'm thinking maroon." I answered, opening my closet and looking at the shelf of handkerchiefs.
"Reagan?" My mother knocked on my door and immediately the three guys hid in my small closet.
"Yeah?" I said, opening the door.
"Your father and I are leaving for the convention. We'll be back Tuesday night. Don't do anything fun." She scolded before closing my door.
"Bye." I said, knowing that she wouldn't hear me.
"We're coming out of the closet!" Calum joked.
"I always knew you guys were hiding something." I laughed.
"Hurry up, we have to get going." Michael spoke, tossing the maroon colored handkerchief at me and taking the blue one for himself.
"You two coming or not?" I spoke to Luke and Calum, who are not dressed in black.
"Nope, I have a date." Callum smiled brightly.
"Yeah," Luke scoffed, "and he's bringing me with him as his 'wing-man'." He groaned.
"Speaking of which, we have to get going, too." Said Calum, looking at his phone.
"Have fun." I smirked as they got up to leave.
"All set?" Michael asked as we watched the other two leave my house.
"Yup." I grinned. "Party is pretty much in full swing, so the cops will be out looking for it."
I picked up Michael's old school back pack that I use to hold the spray paint canisters. We walk outside to Michael's car, only to find another person dressed in black with something to cover his mouth and nose.
"We have a rookie." Michael spoke as he greeted Ashton. "I invited him since the other two couldn't join us."
"What exactly are we doing?" Ashton asked as we arrived on site. The car was parked a good distance away, so that way the cops wouldn't find the car right away.
"Put on the handkerchief, we're painting." I said, tying the maroon handkerchief around my head. The other two mimicked my actions. Michael took out a black canister and handed it to me. He stepped back to watch me as I worked, and Ashton stepped back too.
I switched from color to color, making my animated characters jump off the wall on top of their skateboards. I followed with my signature which was my name, only the letters were rearranged to form a made up word.
Twice the cop cars drove past, but thanks to the dark alley, our black colored clothes and the darkness of the night, they didn't see us.
"Are you almost done?" Michael asked for the millionth time as I packed up. I picked up the pink canister, which happened to be the last one left to be packed, and sprayed his hair once he turned his back from me.
"Now I am." I smirked.
"You did not just do that." He glared at me.
"It's only paint, it'll wash out." I shrugged. Michael picked up the green can and was about to spray my hair.
"Run!" Ashton yelled. Michael and I turned to see two policemen standing in the alleyway, thinking that they were smart and that there wasn't an escape route. I shoved the two canisters in the bag and zipped it up as I picked it up and ran into the abandoned warehouse I had just vandalized.
The two boys followed my lead, occasionally giving me updates on our chasers. Going from room to room until I came across to the loading dock. The loading dock had three exit ways, and on coming officers prevented us from using one of them.
I had stopped, but Ashton ran into me and I had to take a step forward before pushing him back against the wall.
"Take the back pack and keys and get to the car. Drive around casually but not in circles. Michael, go with him but separate and be a distraction. He'll pick us up while he drives around." Ashton took the back pack from me and the three of us went our separate ways.
A pudgy guy in uniform chased after me as the fitter uniform chased Michael. I ran down the dark alleyways, making what seemed to be random turns to the officer but a well known route to me.
One of them at least.
Ashton's instructions were to go to the car and drive around the area and look for us. Michael was to be his distraction as well as myself.
Divide and conquer, right?
Wrong, well for me this time.
I came up a side street only to find four other policemen waiting for me. There was no where for me to go.
"There's no where to go. You're under arrest, son." The first officer said. I chuckled as he didn't realized I wasn't a guy. My long blonde hair was braided and tucked into the back of my shirt. The handkerchief covered from my nose to below my chin. I wore yellow contacts so I wouldn't be recognized in the future if this happened. I wore a baggy black t-shirt and black sweat pants.
I raised my hands in the air, showing I wouldn't put up a fight. My chaser roughly grabbed my wrists and cuffed them tightly. He walked me over to the flashing red and blue cop car and slammed me against it. I was searched or any weapons and any I.D., but I than that. Not even my phone.
I was then shoved into to backseat, where I could here dispatch and other officers communicating to each other. Looking outside the window, the six uniforms were looking at a map, trying to find Michael and Ashton.
Perfect.
I grabbed the bobby pin from my hair and worked my way free of the cuffs before slipping out of the car and running off to our rendezvous point.
Surely enough, the two of them were there.
"We thought you had been booked." Michael said, relief was evident in his voice.
"I was, but they left me unsupervised." I smirked, even though they couldn't see me since I was in the back seat.
"How about you guys? Did they see your faces?" I asked.
"Nope. Ashton made it to the car un-followed. I turned onto a crowded street and that's where I lost him."
"Keep your head down." Ashton spoke. We drove past my arresters, who looked annoyed as hell. Each of them were yelling at each other and yelling for back up.
"How is it you're not in a juvenile correction facility?" Ashton asked, causing me to laugh.
"Someone once told me, 'good girls are bad girls that haven't been caught'." I answered.
