Chapter 10: My Guardian Titan

(Y/n pov)

I don't know what time it was but I swear I heard voices talking in what sounded like the next room, I opened my eyes to a strange haze in my vision I tried to wipe it away and yet i felt my arms were weak and numb and I couldn't move them at all, the last thing I remember I was in my dorm with my team and we just went to bed and yet I could make out voices in background but I could hear bits and pieces

"What are-to do with him?"

"I don't know but-we have-"

I tried to perk up my Fox ears so that I could hear what was going on around me better, I should've been able to hear them better but it was the same thing the voices were being snuffed and muffled out so I could only pick up bits and pieces of what was being said

"Even thou- you know what'll happen if-"

"I know but his power-could help us-"

(Y/n):"(thoughts) power? What power?" I thought to myself as remembered what Weiss had told me in the hallway what seemed to be like only a half hour ago

I didn't understand who or what these voices belonged to or what they were even talking about, I tried to sit-up but my body felt so heavy just trying to put my head up seemed impossible it felt like my head was full of cement that even rolling my eyes around was a struggle but then i heard what sounded like muffled footsteps coming towards me followed by me being lifted up effortlessly into someone's arms

My body went limp as both my arms and legs began to act as if they were boulders as whoever. . .whomever. . .or whatever decided to lift up my dull frame as I began to lose consciousness; then my eyesight slowly began to fade to black. As I slipped away, a faint voice muttered against my ears. Losing my senses, I couldn't figure what the mysterious voice had resonated:

"You'll be an invaluable tipping point for us" the voice whispered into my ear, At the moment I snapping me out of the lucid trancelike dream I was in

(Y/n):"(Gasp)(pant)(pant) a dream,it was just a dream" I realized as I shot up in bed and looked around the room and saw it was still the same room I'd gone to sleep in, Both my teammates Haru and Lilly were still asleep in their beds I must've had sleep paralysis or something since I hadn't woken them up from that bad dream

Suddenly my scroll began to buzz on the my bed, startling me in the process as I was still getting over the bad dream I just had as I reached over to check who it was and saw it was RZ calling me I let out a small sigh as I answered it

(Y/n):"hey RZ what's up?"I asked into the phone

RZ:"pilot, my sensors detected a sudden increase in your heartbeat; as swell as your stress and anxiety levels are you feeling unwell?"

He asked me which reminded me that he had performed that scan on me when the first time we met when he "bonded" to me so it made sense that he would know if there was something was bothering me

(Y/n):"no I'm fine RZ I just had a bad dream is all" I said trying to make sense of what I experienced

but then I thought to myself what Weiss had said, "That power" I didn't have a clue what she was talking about and when I responded to her everyone gave me a glance of utter confusion, like they were surprised that whatever kind of power I displayed during the initiation, I didn't choose to use it of my own accord
